About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Great course
Enjoy playing here every time. You can work on all your shots. Love going here. Friendly staff and always feel good when we leave.
Great track for the price!!!
This course gives lots of opportunities to score and is very well maintained. GPS on the quiet cart was very helpful. It's a cool track, and the tees, greens, fairways, and bunkers were very nicely maintained. The staff is friendly, and that hot dog at the turn did the trick. Thanks again

Short Game Relaxation
I try to play here a few times a month and the course is always in great condition. There are some challenging holes with risk reward options of going for it in 1 (5/10/13/18)but I go for a relaxing follow-up round and to work on the short game. Great nature viewing and when the summer comes I can usually get 2 rounds in very quickly in the evenings without being fatigued the next day. Great staff and they have practice facilities. My only Ace was here on the 150yd #14 si it will always be a special course for me.

Course with beauty
The Groves is a short course but each shot makes you think and tests your golf skills. The course is beautiful with lots of wildlife. The course is in real good condition and the greens are even better. Whether you are a great golfer or an amateur it is a great course to play. The staff there are very friendly and keep the course running smooth and on time. The groves is one of Tampa Bay’s nicest golf courses

We go every year when we snowbird in Fl. Always a good time, the course is fun and the people are very friendly

The staff is very friendly, the course is always in great condition. Fairways and greens very nice. The food is excellent, you have to try it.

Great short course
Nice layout, greens are very good. It is a short course and will improve your iron play, you can use a driver too.
Groves Review
Played Monday 4/22. Everything was fine. Course is in good shape and very short, par 66 with 8 par 3s.
If I go again it will be to practice my iron play..which I did on the back 9.
Staff very friendly in pro shop and at grille.
Played with 2 guys from Switzerland who were fun and nice. Overall a good day..

Nice course, very scenic.
Course is short but challenging. You will play it different from most courses. Lots of water hazards and bunkers to challenge shot making. Staff, carts , and course were very nice. Food and drink in bar area was excellent, very gracious bartenders. Will recommend to my friends. Course in very good condition for this time of year and heavy play schedule.
