About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Great course
In my opinion, the is probably the best course to play in the area. The vast majority of the time, it's in great condition. Staff is friendly and polite and everything is clean and kept up.

Excellent course
The course conditions are always among the best of any course in the state. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice course, nice carts, nice staff. Plus grab a bite to eat and drink afterwards and enjoy a day out on the course.

You can’t touch this!
The Groves Country Club was a great course for me to play on. It’s nice and not to long. My friend and I had a great time. I drove most of the par-4. I shot a 39 in the front. Everyone should play this course if your a beginner. This course will build your confidence, cause you’ll do great on this course.Everything about this course is great. The tee box, fairways and all the greens were in perfect condition. Let’s not forget about the staffs. They are real friendly and likekableI definitely gonna play here again next time I come up to Florida I will play here again for sure.

Consistently Great
Florida's longest short course never disappoints...Greens always near perfect and roll smooth, fairways nice as are the tee boxes. True shotmakers course that tests your decision making as well as your shot placements. Staff has always been super polite and welcoming. Every time there has .e planning on a return visit.

Don’t play Sunday AM
The course is too small / jammed together for smooth non rushed Sunday morning play, if you’re looking for a smooth pace avoid Sunday morning. Other than that the coarse was literally amazing. One of the best courses I’ve ever payed. Immaculate condition and design. Well worth the money.

Great short course but slow.
This is a great short course. It’s a good course for the elderly and young alike. Although short, it’s not that friendly for beginners. The carts are well maintained and seats very comfortable. My only complaint is that there is no marshal to check the pace of play. The group in front of us seems like beginners and teeing of way back. There are about 3-4 groups waiting on a number of tee boxes. We finally can not wait any longer and had to leave on the 14th hole.

Terrific Executive Course
Didn’t realize this was a par 66 course but thoroughly enjoyed the round. Course was in frat shape and had an interesting layout. Course meandered through residential areas coupled with stunning nature trails. Would definitely play it again.
