The Groves Golf and Country Club

About
Surrounded by 200 acres of carefully preserved wetlands, the Groves Golf & Country Club offers championship golf in a spectacular setting. It sits conveniently just 20 minutes north of Tampa in Land O Lakes. Maintaining the natural beauty of the landscape was a top priority when designing the golf course, which is why the layout manages to seamlessly blend into the surroundings. The course, which measures 4,026 yards, offers all of the challenging qualities of a championship-length course but can be played in four hours or less. The player-friendly golf course offers something for all skill levels whether you are a scratch golfer looking for a quick round, or a beginner looking for some challenging practice. In addition to the course, The Groves also boasts a unique aqua driving range as well as putting and chipping greens.

Very short course
I would not play this course again, but I’m not saying that it wouldn’t be right for some. It is an extremely short course and I think I hit driver twice.
The course is in ok shape.
I would recommend if you are very old or don’t hit a driver over 150
Excellent short course
This is an executive course in a lovely setting. The holes are interesting. There is great diversity. New players can play on short distance holes while more experienced players can still take out a driver occasionally. The greens can be challenging.
Great short course
This is a fun short course. The greatest challenge is number 18 with 2 dog legs and narrow fairway..The course was in good shape for winter play.
Played here 2 years ago, it was good then and better now.
Full price is a bit high, but GolfNow pricing help out(limited availability). Short executive type course, but has its challenges. Fun time! The food at the Grill was Great!
NEED NEW MANAGEMENT
I was minding my business in the shop waiting to pay and all I can say is that guy in the office in the shop was treating his employee like garbage in front of 4 other people. Found that very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back there due to that man’s actions it honestly seemed like he may of been under influence .i spoke to the employee outside and recommended he get a lawyer for harassment.
LOVE this Course!
Great track, that even though not long in yardage is still very challenging & fun!
