Designed by Joe Lee this 18-hole semi-private course has beautifully contoured wide fairways . Sparkling lakes are abundant and the bunkers are strategically positioned on the open fairways and around the greens.
The low-cut rough and tiered greens make it player-friendly and fun.

Good Time
We had a good time at Winston golf.
Staff very respectfull and polite ( at the entrance and at the P ro shop)
At he end of ours game , the young man came to wash ours clubs without a mask,.. Variant virus attack young people .... Does he knows’? does he knows he have to protect the customers from him !,
Greens are not in good condition.. Blue- Green stuff on i them .. We thought they working on them .......
But that golf have spectacular lay out .. Our foursome had a challenging time

Course was in good condition except greens has been plugged and nobody told me before I booked online.

What a fabulous day at Winston Trails! The pace of play was amazing, the staff is very nice and the course is in great shape. For the price, you can't beat Winston Trails!
Pay attention to tghe greens
This could be a 5 star course if the greens got a little more attention. If Madison can have there greens in A+ condition I don't know why Winston Trails cannot also. They are slow and hairy with some really bad spots here and there.
Greens not in good conditions
Greens were dried, not in condition,
Staff very friendly and professional.
I enjoyed this course. The greens were good. The fairways were good. And the layout was good in my opinion.
Excruciatingly slow play on a expensive deteriorating track.
The second time this season that our Hot Deal time (the only one) was scheduled immediately after a club scramble. Punchline, a 4 hour 445 minute round that was fairly expensive and painfully slow. Greens fairway and area around the traps has deteriorated markedly from 12 months ago.
OMG - Avoid at all cost
Absolutely disgusting!! Extremely over priced for the condition of the course.
Driving range- small and crowded.
Chipping section - sub- par surface area.
Putting green- use the parking lot- Disgusting.
Tee boxes- please cut the grass and level them
Fairways- eh- weedy and not uniformed
Bunkers- inconstant - mud/cement to fluffy
Greens- OMFG- fire the greens keeper and the support staff- pretty much painted dirt. Inconsistent rolls due to bumpy ness and dragging spike marks- everywhere.
For this kind of money you would expect at least decent. It doesn’t have to be country club but my god- totally embarrassing.
Been playing golf 30+ years- this is the worst I’ve played on- ever!!!!
Too much expensive for this golf conditions, bad green
greens were horrible
Initial view of the course looked ok nothing great but then we saw the greens they were absolutely destroyed, no mention was made on golfnow and the price that we have to pay now you would expect half decent greens especially in peak paying time . the green's were un- playable and the day was ruined.
never play this course again and will think twice with booking with golf now
good course
Good course , little bit overpriced a $90, but it was in decent shape. some of the pin placements were a little crazy as balls would rolling away pretty quickly if the balls did not drop.
Course needs a haircut
Greens were bumpy. Tee boxes had very high grass. Course was basically very disappointing and in much worse condition than i ever remembered it. The course needs a trim
