Good course
Nice layout. In decent shape considering the drought Florida is having. Greens are odd. Almost too hard so shots don't bite.
Staff needs to learn customer service
This was our first time playing this course and we arrived with our prepaid tee time well before so we could warm up on the range. No one met us at the bag drop with a cart. Bad start. The driving range was uncut grass and mud so I’m not sure who is keeping that maintained with all the guys they have working around there. They had an announcement from the starter that you could barely hear from the range, but they literally yelled at you if you went up to the starter before your name was called. The guys at the front desk in the pro shop, the starter, and the assistant helping the starter. were all grumpy and had no concept of customer service and seemed to boast huge egos.
This is supposed to be fun and people pay to be treated kindly and respectfully. If you’re going to be late on your tee times, you should let people know right away instead of making them sit around, hoping to hear their name called on a speaker that barely works. I have been around golf courses all my life and have never seen a more uptight group of bossy men.
Crazy
$14 for a one shot vodka and tea from the cart girl. That's crazy
Waste your money somewhere else
The absolute gall of this place to charge 120 dollars a round plus tax to then turn around and provide you with a golf course in subpar condition infuriates me. The fringe of every single green was entirely worn out, greens were bumpy and nor uniformly smooth. Not the worst golf experience i’ve ever had but theres no chance this place is worth a dime over 60 dollars around. Will not play again.
Rough conditions
The front 9 is in horrible condition. Tee boxes and greens are in brutal shape. Rough around fairways is all dried out. The green collars are almost Non existent filled with fill. The back 9 layout is much better. The back 9 appears to be more maintained then the front. Two total different 9s. This course is not worth $100. I would not recommend this course because of the price.
Organized
I like the weather call you up. And nobody's lined up, waiting on you to head off.The first tee. So you didn't feel rushed. But no need to fill rest.Because the people in front of you will keep you going very, very slowly.
Late start
Had a 1:02 teetime and didn’t tee off until 1:50 so did not get 18 holes in.
You got to play it !
Although the pace was 4.5 hours due to one particular slow foursome in front of us, the tee offs, fairways and greens are in very good conditions.
Pretty good conditions
Course was in decent shape, few things I didn’t like
The price - a lot of the mats, facilities, carts, and other things are outdated. Areas look like they are starting to get a refresh
The greens have this strange grass cut line through the whole course where it leaves line ditch from fringe to green
Fairways, tee boxes, and greens were in great shape- overall felt the price was a little steep
