About
Formerly known as Grand Lacuna Golf Club, this par-71 championship course now goes by the name Atlantic National Golf Club. Designed in the late 1980s by Joe Lee, the course was designated one of the 50 best public courses in Florida. The challenging layout has plenty of variety that will require all different types of shots. Golfers will find that they need to use every club in their bag. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the strategically placed bunkers that lurk along the greensides and fairways are particularly tricky. There are some tough holes but it is an accommodating layout for all skill levels, especially since it has four diverse sets of tees. In addition to the golf course, Atlantic National offers a grass driving range, two putting greens, and a chipping area with a practice bunker.

Best quality price
Course in excellent condition, greens are pristine and fast. Layout is very challenging. One of the best public course in Palm Beach county. Pace of play is always 4 hours maximum. I highly recommend that Atlantic National.

Great course - fun to play
Despite the cooler weather and off and on rain, I had a fun round today! Lots of challenge mixed with tricky tight par 3 holes make this ideal for just about any player who does want an interesting layout.
Staff are always very friendly - no issues ever!

Course in Great Shape. Check it out.
Hadn't played here in a while and forgot how nice it is. The course, (greens, bunkers, fairways), is in great shape, and for an older guy, plays well from the senior tees. Staff were all super and ending up playing the back nine with two really nice guys. Pace was excellent: played in a little over 3 hours.

Nice Round at Atlantic National
I've recently relocated and have been playing Atlantic National over the past few weeks. Each time I arrive they greet you with a smile and are very attentive.
Other than a drainage issue on the 18th hole, the course is in good shape. There's a lot of water so accuracy dictates over distance.The greens are fast and well maintained. Good pace of play too.
Staff
Behind us the Pairing of players was unfair
Players were playing as singles and doubles
When they could have been playing as one group
The course ranger was rude and obnoxious
As he keep bothering us, even though we were playing ahead of schedule. We finished the front 9 in less than 2 hours. I finally had to tell him to leave and this completely ruined the rest of my day
I will hard pressed to play this course again

A hole in one!
What? Yes!!! I love playing here but, let’s face it. I’m a true amateur - senior , just started learning golf 6 years ago! Today I got a hole in one on #11. Made my year!
This course always offers considerable challenges but, wide open fairways even things up! Give it a try! You won’t regret it!

Atlantic National Great Again
Another great round at Atlantic National today, although it rained heavy yesterday it was mostly dry and in fantastic shape, I really love this golf course!
