About
Formerly known as Grand Lacuna Golf Club, this par-71 championship course now goes by the name Atlantic National Golf Club. Designed in the late 1980s by Joe Lee, the course was designated one of the 50 best public courses in Florida. The challenging layout has plenty of variety that will require all different types of shots. Golfers will find that they need to use every club in their bag. Water hazards come into play on several holes but the strategically placed bunkers that lurk along the greensides and fairways are particularly tricky. There are some tough holes but it is an accommodating layout for all skill levels, especially since it has four diverse sets of tees. In addition to the golf course, Atlantic National offers a grass driving range, two putting greens, and a chipping area with a practice bunker.

Great day, woke up on right side of the grass
Always a challenging round, good speed on greens. I was paired up with a great crew. We all had a blast.
Great ace in the hole
Nice layout with fast greens. Fairways were fine but the rough can be ridiculously hard. No ranges around as our foursome was stuck and finished in 4:45.
Weekly spot!
Not sure why I hadn’t played here in 15+ years but it was great, challenging greens and approaches. Staff is always friendly and the afternoons on the weekdays is a light crowd. I’ll be booking one round a week there
All good except pace of play
I’ve played this course twice before, last year and the year before when I’m in the area,
Nice, solid course. Good conditions. Fast greens. Only negative- we were a 3 some, when we caught up to a 4 some after 5 holes, the pace slowed considerably..Shortly thereafter we saw a ranger as we did again on the back, but he said there was a group ahead of the slow 4 some. We didn’t think so,

Way to talkative and should have been talking to the group in front of us. But oh well
Solid play
Quick, conditions were fine, a bit rough around the greens. Decent price, cheap drinks/snacks
