About
Lake Worth Beach Golf Club borders the Intracoastal Waterway for just over a mile. There is no shortage of scenic courses in south Florida but this one still manages to stand out. Many of the holes run parallel to the Intracoastal, offering beautiful views and a cooling breeze. The golf course has a classic Florida layout. At just over 6,100 yards, it is not a long course but it still manages to feel like one. There is strategic bunkering along the greensides and water hazards come into play on a few holes. With generous fairways and no forced carries, it is accommodating enough for a range of skill levels but it still offers a fair challenge. The golf course offers a quick and challenging round for more advanced players but gentle enough for beginners.

The course is now in great shape. June 2021.
I play this course at least 4 times a year. It is now in great shape.
I am glad because it has always been a great course although maintenance has varied through the years.
Right now it is as good as I have ever seen it.

Nice easy course.average fairways but it’s a fair deal considering the price.Great views of the intercostal. Lots of iguanas too lol

Lake Worth Golf Club Experience on June 2, 2021
Really liked the course layout next to the inner coastal waterway. Out bound nine going south and In bound nine going north. Holes were well spaced and course was somewhat challenging, especially when the wind was into your face. Sometimes made a 2 club difference into the wind.
The real disappointment was their greens. They had been aerated with the holes not filled with sand which made putting very, very difficult and not very true. Greens were extremely slow. Also most of the lies on the fairway were very tight lies as grass was very sparse in several locations.

Excellent Facility with Outstanding Staff
Matt and his staff of friendly and helpful employees do an excellent job of providing a high levels of customer satisfaction. Joe and his staff of professionals at Bright Way provide a course that is well maintained and fun to play. The staff in the restaurant, and especially the daytime bartender, provide an welcoming atmosphere and great food at very fair prices.
The golfing experience at Lake Worth is very pleasant with great views of the lake. Hard to beat for the price!

Good value, but...
Good value as they were aireating the back nine. Had to play front nine twice. Only $20 for 18 and a cart. Can’t beat it. But, the tee boxes were horrendous and expected greener fairways. Guess I can’t really complain for $20.

Hot weather
Unfortunately the weather has been very hot n dry without any rain. . Therefore the course was brown n dry .. I will play here again I like the course layout n the staff are very nice n friendly. Gene Carroll

Not too shabby
The course is a little short coming in at 70, and the greens were recently aerated so they were bouncy and slower than normal. But an overall pleasant playing experience!

needs work
The greens were in poor shape. There were poor tee boxes. The layout isn't bad but I will not return anytime soon

Back Nine Twice
Front nine off limits. Played back nine twice. Greens were aerated, punched and sanded. Even with that, I enjoyed the round. Beautiful weather, Low wind. Paid $14 golf now + fees. Can’t complain.
