Fun course, worth the drive

We always look forward to playing the course several times during our snowbird season and this season’s first play did not disappoint. The course offers more terrain variations than typical area courses. Challenging enough to be fun but not a hard course. Fairways generous, a few holes with water hazards, some blind holes require thoughtful course management.

A nice layout...

My experience was hampered by getting behind a husband/wife combo that had obviously just taken up the game on the front 9. I’m not sure either 100 on the front 9, seriously. The greens were in great shape and the fairways were in great shape. Most of the holes encouraged driver with fairly wide hitting areas. This is a very different course than most in the area. It was a welcome change. The driving range was decent too.

Nice coarse

The coarse was in good shape considering the time of year that we played it. The grass was dormant when we were there so it was not real green. The fairways and greens were pretty green mainly just the rough was brown. The staff was very friendly. We had multiple members come up and talk to us while we were playing they were all very friendly asked how we were doing and how we liked their coarse. It was a very good experience we didn't run into anyone that was not welcoming. Very nice place.

Great Layout

Great 18 hole layout. Course is in a neighborhood, but it isn't crammed between houses. Plenty of room, and ample fairways. 6 tee boxes to choose your difficulty. One of the only courses in the area with some elevation change. This is an old school country club - there was no gps on the carts, no beverage carts on the course, and the grill is not set up to get you through quickly at the turn. Just be prepared for that and you should enjoy the course.
