Forest Glen Golf & Country Club

A beautiful day on a beautifully maintained golf course! Best kept secret in sw Florida, staff was very nice and friendly. Cooling towels were ice cold, great on a 90 degree + day. Ice water in our carts, nice touch! Ice and water at the on course bathrooms. Will be making plans to return and enjoy another round. Thank you Forest Glen for making our day so enjoyable.

Enjoyed the front very much, however the back was so backed up we waited on every hole which in the heat was no fun. Quit after 13 couldn't finish. Enjoyed a beer and a sandwich at the outdoor bar which was the best part of the day. Will go back hopefully with better pace of play.

Nice course, well-represented, spoiled only by constant traffic noise from the 951.

A fourball in front held us up every shot for 8 holes but thankfully quit after the 9th. Is it deemed a slight to your honour to wave through others behind playing quicker? Just how long does it take to let someone through? 2 mins?

Excellent fairways and greens. Very clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff at pro shop, bag drop and restaurant. Thunderstorms shortened our round but GolfNow gave us a refund. Will definitely play here again on our next trip.

We’ve bee playing the course for years. It is the most pristine course we’ve played in Naples that is open tp the public ❤️!!

Personally I think this is one of the best gems ib Naples. It's been about 2 yrs since I last played this course...I relocated to the PNW. Each time I come back this way I keep promising myself to play it. Today I finally did. The course is in amazing shape for summer. Greens rolled pure. Fairways like they were never meant to be walked on and service was top notch. The layout is challenging as usual. I could NOT find a single flaw. Keep up the great work team!

Try to find a bad lie. If you’re on grass you won’t. Greens were fantastic. If I tried to find something wrong, I’d say greens could be a little faster considering how healthy they appear.

outside of the starter being a bit on the rude side again this course was a pleasure to play. not starting til almost 11AM, made for a hot round but worth the heat. one of the best courses around in Naples.

Loved this course. Fairways were plush and the greens were superb even though they said they had punched the greens recently. One of the best courses I have played and definitely the best value for the money. Playing there again before I had back home. You got to play this course!

Great tee boxes and fairways. Greens were punched a couple weeks ago and were still very slow and sandy, but have potential to be great. Tough and fun course with water on 2/3 of the holes. Only real complaint is the rental clubs. They were an absolute joke. Didn’t have a full set, only “senior shafts”, and the best club was a 15 year old Callaway steelhead 3 iron (bag was mixed brands). Tough to play with this set for someone that plays regularly at a single digit handicap.

I really enjoy Forest Glen. Beautiful community course. Lush landscaping and well maintained overall. Plays small and narrow in spots with one quirk being a couple of large sandy yet stony pathways considered in play. Lots of deer, herons and rabbits. Snakes too but no sign of gators. Recommended.

Booked through Golfnow. Only able to play 9 holes because of weather. Refused to let us have a rain check for nine holes because they insist they get nothing from GolfNow. Then they shouldn’t work with GolfNow. It’s not my fault they have a deal with GolfNow. I would have liked to play another nine holes another day. It would not have hurt them to issue a rain check.

The course had an aeration a few days before I played. Greens were recovering.. Also, several fairways had large numbers of areas under repair.

Bring your own GPS as there is no on board GPS on the cart.

Water and sand hazards are abundant and in play on every hole. Additionally, fairways are bordered by dense plantings that combine to put a premium on shot placement and accuracy.

Wildlife sightings may include deer, gators,.large raptors, a bear or crows that will eat your snack.

Forest. Glen is a must play for visitors to Naples.
