They need to improve the range ball collection process. Course was in really good shape except it had a few holes with temporary tee boxes. Fun track.

I spent 13 years as a Senior Superintendent of a high-end golf course and can tell you the Superintendent and staff here are doing a fantastic job. The layout is fun, and my group rarely had to wait on the groups in front of us (on a busy July 4th). Highly recommend checking this place out. I played using a Hot Deal and felt I got a good value for my money.

Heritage Isles is the best public course in the area. Conditions are always great, staff is amazing, food is delicious and it is very reasonably priced. I highly recommend this course.

This is a great course for $40. I played in the rain and had to get off after 16 due to the major thunderstorm but the layout is great, pace of play I played through multiple groups as a solo, they had no issue with allowing me to pass and even offered it. This course is pretty well taken care of and the greens rolled true. Will absolutely be back in a heartbeat for $40/round.

The greens had just been plugged, but even at that the course was in good shape. Challenging course but fun.

Aeration of greens hindered the round but conditions were excellent.

We get at least 1 tee time here every time we come to Tampa. Love, love, love this course! Greens were in great shape, and overall course condition was fantastic!

The course was in surprisingly good conditions for the area given the lack of rainfall. The greens were quick and rolled true and the tee boxes and fairways were decent. The attendant in the pro shop was friendly and helpful. The restrooms were clean and well air conditioned.

Unfortunately course management and the ranger made what could be a great course a miserable experience. There were three in our group and we were stuck behind a group of five that appeared to be having a lesson as they all went to each person’s ball and talked through every shot. They would not let us play through even when asked. After almost 4 hours we were only through hole 13. We saw the ranger who had passed them and us several times to ask them to let us play through and he refused. He said there were only 3 of them playing as they only had 3 bags and they were keeping up with the group in front of them. We told him we observed four of them playing every hole and all five on some holes. He shrugged his shoulders and did nothing. On whole 15, it was a longer par 5 so we were able to see that the group in front of them was long gone. We ended up skipping the whole and noted the group in front of them was tearing off on 17. Either the ranger has a funny definition of keeping up when they were two holes behind or he was willing to lie to a customer to keep from doing his job. Either way, I will likely not be back as this was not the first experience of poor course management here.

Played on a busy Sunday morning. Surprisingly the pace of play was good, the only down side is that we started on the back 9. No big deal deal regardless. I always have a good time playing at heritage and the conditions are in great shape for this time of the year.

I used to play this course a lot before. After a long time off not playing (over 10 years) I am happy to say this course will become a regular course to play again. I love the condition of the course, the layout fits my eyes and game. I love it.

It's extremely dry due to lack of rain in area but this course is managing it great. The greens are great, fast and rolled true. Only green that had an issue was hole 9 but all other greens good to great. Definitely worth it coming from St Augustine to play some courses in the are with my son's and was our favorite we played while down there.
