About
Heritage Isles is a scenic course that cut through native cypress heads and natural wetland areas. At 6,976 yards from the tips, it is one of the most demanding public golf courses in the Bay area. While water does come into play on all 18 holes the premium has been put on the short game. With large, meticulously maintained greens, those players who are handy on the putting surface should be able to shave a few strokes off their scores.

The layout is really good some funky lay-up holes some water nice greens a little slow .Pace of play was very good for most of the day. I would play it again.

Steady quality
Fabulous staff all around. Fairways in great condition, greens ok but need a little help.

A bit soggy
Had 8:36 tee time and course was very wet. Like plug your drive in the fairway, no chance to bump and run wet. Irrigation was going when I arrived. Not sure if it had also rained overnight. Sand traps were hard, mud, or had standing water. Greens in good condition but slow and also wet. Really liked the layout but probably wait until fall to return.

Pace
Course conditions really good, except for the green's. Recently punched. Almost grown back. But slow & some bad spots that we had to putt through.

Review
Second time playing this course. Pace of play was terrible. Had the fun bunch playing in front of me. A 4 some of 60 year olds. Who would wait for the greens to clear before they would tee off. Meanwhile it took them 12 shots to finish a hole. Ranger was no where to be found. Very sad

Great Course
Course was great shape. Pace was slow which caused us not to finish because of rain.
