About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

Great course
Course is in excellent condition. Good layout, greens are true and good choice of tee boxes. A few very wide fairways you can’t possibly miss. Good challenging course with sand, water, undulating greens and distance. Watch for alligators!
Course is in excellent shape. Staff and amenities are good as well. They have a great practice facility as well. It's a little far out but we'll worth the drive.
2nd time around
2nd time I played. Great value versus majority of courses in the area. Course is in excellent shape, staff are helpful, practice balls included. Great time.
Greens
Greens are very very fast…… too fast. Stent would be better at 12. Thank you
Forgiving Fairways, High Fees
Been playing this course every winter for the past fifteen years, it’s a nice course always enjoy the round. However their fees have drastically increased the past few years, like the rest of the greedy course owners in SW Florida. As a result we are playing less golf and starting to wonder why I come here in the first place.
Great day
Drove an hour to play, and was rewarded with a great time. Check in was smooth, practice balls included, and hit some putts on two different practice greens. Course was in excellent condition, even with 2 inches of rain the day before. Highly recommend!

High green fees
This is a very nice course it is well maintained and has huge fairways. My only complaint is the green fees they charge. It’s almost a one hour drive from Naples.
Rangers Make the Difference
Had it not been for the Ranger it would have been a very long day in the sun. It is very evident that Panther Run gives its rangers the ability to think for themselves and make decisions that affect pace of play. This ranger saw a problem (too many golfers stacked up on front 9) and resolved it by asking us if we would mind moving to the back 9 to relieve the 3 group back up. We gladly complied and the result was a pleasant day of golf with no waiting. We will be back to Panther Run thanks in part to your Rangers.

From the range, to the multiple putting greens and clubhouse, everything at Panther Run is first class. The greens are fast and challenging. The fairways are spotless. It's well worth the drive.
