About
Located in Ave Maria, Panther Run Golf Club is less than 30 minutes from Naples but it has a much more secluded feel. The course was built with a strong dedication to preserving the landscape's beautiful natural features and significant environmental resources, even as residences started being developed. An abundance of lakes and waterways characterizes the golf course, all of which are filled with alligators and other native wildlife. It is nearly impossible to play a round without spotting a gator. In addition to the 13 holes with water, there are more than 60 bunkers strategically placed throughout. The challenges are balanced by generous greens and wide-open, player-friendly fairways. Panther Run G.C. also boasts an expansive practice facility that includes five practice greens, a short game area with two sand bunkers, and an aqua driving range.

I have paid the same amount at courses down here in ft. myers that were not worth half the price, so in comparison, this place was well worth the money. clean, good greens, good tee boxes, wide fairways. more than happy playing here. if you don't mind the ride to get there, play this course. you won't regret it.

Always solid value round
Went out right on time off 1. Played a tad slow front side due to one slow group. Ranger did a good job communicating and making sure pace was kept up. Appreciated that. We played 18 in @ 4:20 .
Conditions were overall very good. Greens were good but slowed as our round progressed late in day. Course in nice shape even with high volume play. No issues at all for the price we payed. This is a solid value for a pretty good layout as long as you don't mind a 40min drive from naples.
Tough course but fair. Lots of drivers even from the 2nd tees. The par 3''s are long. Bunkers in good shape and plenty of water in play. Bring your straight tee ball if you wanna score here.

Great course, slower greens
The tee boxes, fairways, rough and bunkers were in great shape. The greens were well maintained but a little on the slower side for the condition of the rest of the course. Probably rolling around a 9 but overall still in great shape. Worth the drive from Naples.
Halfway house was very slow. It took 15 minutes to get a drink and candy bar. It was better service after the round when we stopped in for a beer.

Worth the Drive
Began with very friendly greeting, complimentary range balls and use of practice facilities.
Course in very nice condition with very little play on our day. Pace of play was fantastic.

Worth every penny!
Being a scratch golfer, I was sceptical based on previous reviews. It is safe to say this course is well worth the drive and money to play! Tee to green, conditions were spectacular. Greens rolled very true and speed of greens was around an 10.5-11 on the stimp. Couldn't have asked for a better track to play. Ignore comments regarding construction being a bother, it is not! Treat yourself to this course and you will not be disappointed!!

Most improved course
This course was in fantastic shape, and has a very friendly, but challenging layout with some tough greens for putting. I would recommend it to anyone it’s a must play.

Lost my 60 degree wedge on course, called pro shop few days after my round and great customer service, they checked, called me back and club was turned in !
