Course Needs Some TLC
We played here because we wanted to eat shrimp at The Freezer afterwards. The cart paths are horrible. Some greens had no grass and most had bald spots. The fairways were mostly weeds and sand. Tee boxes were the same. Don't think they irrigate because the ground was as hard as concrete. We did get a good Hot Deal so we were okay with the value. The front nine was in better shape than the back.
Improving
The course is definitely impriving, still some rough greens. Fun to play, give it a chance.
Nice Little Spot
It was a beautiful day to play golf on this really nice course. The greens were a bit rough due to weather this time of year,
I would play it again anytime. The pace was smooth and great.
Worse
It seems that each time that I play this course(every two weeks or so) that it gets worse. The greens are for the most part terrible and the fairways have little to no grass. It’s one of the few courses that I have played where one gets better lies in the rough on weeds rather than the fairways with no grass
Wanted to give a better review, but I just can’t
The best part of the course is the layout. Tee boxes weren’t bad. Fairways just so so…but the greens were the worst I’ve seen…some virtually un-puttable. At least I got the rate on a Hot Deal…$20…that should be the regular rate. I wanted to like the course but just can’t. At least they let my wife ride with for free, usually they charge $20….rip off.
Free driving range ball's
Love the very wide fairways and no water. No one in my foursome Lost a ball. The greens need some work but the staff is working on them. Also the cart paths are a little rough and the fairways need a little care but to be honest it was a brutal year last year and this can be expected. Lots of sand traps and a long course. So we played from the green tees to shorten it a bit. . The pace has been very good so far this winter and we really enjoy playing this pretty course..
a little better
2 days of rain have helped this course a few of the greens are fair to good some are bad , tee are good .carts are very good! I would never pay rack rate!
The course has a nice layout
Unfortunately, the course was in bad shape greens were patched in and had the grass fairways were sparse
This course and what they charge is disgusting
Horrible conditions and they should be embarrassed to charge 55 dollars
