Wonderful track!

First time out here and I was sad to here it is likely going away soon. I always love a good RMG layout and they've really made the most of the land that they have.

Walked it in the mid-afternoon in under 4 hours! Wish golf was like this more often, and I do hope circumstances work together for this place to stay open.

Great course

Great range sand practice putting green and great layout of 18 holes. 4 hour round. For some reason the owner is about to screw up terribly and turn it into a camp ground. Dumb move. Apparently his water bill is high. Weak.

Greens are too slow, and there are a lot of patches and uneven spots off the fairways. I did not have much fun playing the course due to its poor condition.

Great course for locals

First time playing here and we had a lovely time. Was a beautiful day and so glad we found Franklin Canyon. Nice layout with a small range. Staff were very friendly and courteous. Pace of play was well managed. Never really waited and can’t say we held anyone up ourselves! Fairways and greens well maintained.

Overall we were happy to discover a local public course with a range, with carts that is well maintained and a decent price.

My only hope would be an option to book 9 holes (instead of 18) on the weekend. Even at a later time in the day. We sometimes only have time for 9 so I had to pay for 18. Still had a nice time.

We will definitely be back!
