Callippe Preserve Golf Course

Round was fine. Course is in good shape. The staff is overwhelmed and didn’t get it when I told the guy in the pro shop at check in the other guy wasn’t coming. There was a crowd 5 deep of anxious golfers trying to get out and the pro shop staff could barely handle it. The. I did them a favor by joining up with 3 ball in front of me at 10.44 so they could have the cart back doing them a “big favor” according to the starter. Yet I’m still charged $55. Help me help you. Jeeeze. Won’t be returning anytime soon. Maybe ever. Thanks for nothing.

I planned for a trip with a group of friends and had prepaid for the reservation. We were literally 2 mins behind (probably at the door and waiting behind the last guy on counter) and the desk staff didn’t let us tee off for our assigned slot. The desk staff was trying to get to the point that there are no where he can accommodate us and I will have to loose the prepaid amount for 3 slots as the course was completely full and even the next slots had no spots. In addition I had a friend join in as spectator and they made us pay for this game and a rental club set. When we eventually got on course after haggling for 30 minutes the entire course was empty with no wait time.

Absolutely ridiculous place and will recommend everyone to avoid it. The course conditions were also poor with hard fairways and not well kept greens.

Quick pace of play. Played 18 holes in 3.5 hours :). Course was in great condition even with a little afternoon rain.

If you can withstand the heat! For $54 the greens were good and the course wasn't dried out considering the heat.

Always enjoy playing game at Callippe. Love the amenities and course condition! Only one issue on 11/12/2021. Due to Veteran day exhibition matches, we did not had enough carts. Thus we were allowed to play only after 25 minutes past the Tee time.

I have played here many times throughout the years and I have always enjoyed the course. However, the past few times I have played, I had to wait for a cart which made me miss my tee time. Yesterday, the starter put my group of 3 on the tee box and then had us step down because the group I front of us was late by 15 minutes. I paid for 18 holes and was only able to get through 9 because of the pace of play. A little more organization would go a long way.

We have played there before. The lay out is nice with slopes and dog lakes decorated with green trees. There are a lot of people playing that day. But the pace of play was pretty good.It was over cast and rain started coming down on 16th and we quit in the middle of 17th because it was too dark but we all enjoyed the round.Food and service at the restaurant was pretty good. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COURSE.
