Callippe Preserve Golf Course

Loved the location it’s views and the subtle challenges whether it was reading the break on the green or what club to tee off with because of a small landing area or narrow fairway that funnels the ball out of play

I was expecting a little more from the course. Nothing memorable about it really. Hole 18 looked cool, but pace of play was so slow, we only finished 16 holes. Short par 4’s we’re fun with an iron off the tee. Good challenge. Can reach most par 5’s in 2 with a big drive. Play from at least the blue tees. It was worth the price for sure. Be ready for a slow round though.

Overall layout is good. Challenging without being a killer. Lots of ups and downs with some forced carrys so no need to overpower the course. Greens are fast and roll fast so that can make for a long round. Don’t expect to play a speed

Great course! Wonderful staff! Unfortunately, pass of play was so slow!

I’ve played Calippee many of times! As I single digit handicap the course has plenty risk reward holes, that give it a lot of character. Greens were a little slow this time of play which caught me by surprise, but hey we did get some rain recently! Overall one of favorite courses here in the Bay Area, especially during mid week where you can get on for $50 with a cart.

for this time of year the course conditions were excellent. was not able to get carts until ready to tee off.

This course had the best greens in the area. The back nine is difficult with lots of hazard areas, but it was still fun to play.

Do not play this coures if you valeu time. I have played several tiems and it is allway slow. 5-5.5 houres.

That’s a great course but it’s always over crowded on the weekends with too many people ......beginners taking multiple shots in each hole in the tee box avoid weekends & late afternoons as is filled with beginners trying to get the feel that’s a great course but pick a week day to enjoy ...

This is by far the best public course in the area hands-down. From the staff friendliness to the views to the course amenities are absolutely amazing. Impeccable course condition and an absolute great time. If I can get a tee time every week here, I would.
