Terrrrible
Too bad. This course has been overrun by ground squirrels, and the lack of maintenance makes it look like it’s going out of business. Sad to see because it was a fun little track.

Greens.
Beautiful course. Beautiful layout. Fairies were good. The only problem was the greens were way too slow. You literally had to crush the ball with your putter.

Course was in garbage condition.
Very disappointing to see this course in such bad condition. Especially for the green fee. There must be a million squirrels happily living on site. Wow. Very surprising to see the lack of work going into keeping this course maintained. Traps were garbage, greens bumpy and slow, fairways and rough patchy brown, tee boxes were worst I’ve played around here. Too bad for Scrublin.

Dublin Ranch
Fun layout, and great bang for your buck. Went out early (6:20am) so pace the was fantastic. Some really challenging holes, a few longer par 3s than I'm used to from the blues. Greens were in good shape, and consistent. I can perfectly leave a putt 1"-2" short for birdie every time!. Some areas need attention just off the fairways, but I think that's to be anticipated in August in the bay area. The landscapers have a tough job, but would be appreciated if they possibly didn't drive by you in your back swing from behind. Only gripe from the course was that, so nothing out of the ordinary.

Fun shorter course.
Ride don’t walk. It’s a short course but pretty spread out. Seems pretty well maintained.

Unique Course, Great Features
Let's be clear, this is neither an "executive course" nor a typical par 72, so I love playing here for a change of pace. Playing from the tips is very tough since the course rating is over par; I'm a 6 hdcp and think the white tees still offer a challenge. Greens are in better shape than the last few rounds I've played here, I hope they stay this way. Although they're on the slow side, at least all of them are consistent that way and it would be tough to hold approach shots on some of the greens if they were a more typical green speed.
95% of the 50 or so rounds I've played here have been done in under 4 hours. This round I just played was not crowded and two of us got done in 2hr 40min! Love it! Definitely recommend playing here now
