Pristine Greens
Played on a Friday late morning and was a little busy, but with a shorter course it wasn't an issue.
Greens and areas around them are incredibly well taken care of. Tough but fair. Great variety of holes with a number of challenging par 3s , and the final par 5 is the jewel of the course. Fantastic viewds.
Staff was friendly. Will definitely be playing here again.
Beautiful Course on a Beautiful Day
Great day, great course great view and a superb day on the golf course! My wife was with me and had a great time as well. The back nine holes were closed for green aeration work so we had to do the front nine holes twice. My wife doesn’t golf and really wanted to see the whole course so we will have to do that on another day.
I was disappointed in the fact that a small bag I left under the dash in the cart was gone when I called to ask in cart maintenance turned it in. That cart was there in the cart shed but my bag was gone. Tees and ball markers were all that was in the bag. Things do not disappear, but someone took that bag. I even drove back there to check the cart myself. Very disappointed in that!
The staff was nice
I lost my fairway wood at 13 hole. Another golfer picked it up and returned to proshop. The staff verified and returned it to me. It’s a good course to warm-up for spring golf season.
It’s a par 3 course don’t be fooled like me
This is a pitch and put old man course don’t waste your time and money. The starter is incompetent. Do not book if you’re looking to play 18 holes of legitimate golf.
Don’t play here
Pace of play is awful and management does not care whatsoever
Half of the course was unplayable
I went to Dublin ranch on time, but right when I arrived the golf shop personnel told me the front 9 holes were not available because it was being aerated. The only option for me was to play the back 9 twice. The play was also slow for the back 9 the first time around. I decided to just leave since there was a long queue for the back 9 the second time around. The staff wouldn’t give me credit or a refund for half of what I paid. I was disappointed they didn’t notify me even as I called the day before to check in with them. Why let people pay in full when they only play through half the course?
Pace of Play needs improvement
I was playing as a single on a Saturday afternoon. The issue is that this course offers low-cost rounds in the afternoon, which attracts people looking for a deal, or beginners.. I got held up behind two-somes and four-somes that were playing multiple balls.. I didn't finish 18 because of this.. Meanwhile, they seemed severely understaffed (no starter, no marshalls anywhere)-- So that's what you get when you have a low-cost round-- It's too low to have people staff the course, and then you have people who don't know better than to let a single play through or to NOT play multiiple balls when we are all trying to finish 18 holes before the sun sets..
