The Links at Summerly

First played here in 2008. It was in great shape with great hole variety. Fast forward to 2021, layout still the same, but course needs some TLC. Tee boxes were excellent and greens should be fine after being punched. Will play again for sure and look forward to the course getting back into great shape.

Definitely could use some TLC for the grass, and most of the water hazards were dry. It was really patchy and the greens had aeration holes. No beverage carts.

Layout was good, and nice for a novice.

Was not told about aerification until we arrived. Nothing was stated on golf now app. Would have went somewhere else. Slow, backed up all morning.

Ok, the course is not a gem by no means but me personally, I love the course. There are some rough patches & some bare spots missing on the fairway but I say give yourself a playable lie. I would play this course again and would recommend it.

Great course, could use a few things. For example: more signs directing to tees, bunkers were very rough (no sand), some of the fairways were also real rough, but overall still thought it was a good course especially for the money. Definitely recommend.

The greens and fairways are in great condition. It was a great game.

I contemplated playing this course about a year ago, but stayed away because of the reviews.

Recently, I noticed some good reviews popping up and, decided to give it a try. I’m glad I did. I was pleasantly surprised at the course conditions (based off of what I previously read) and, the layout was fantastic.

There are some dry and GUR areas and, the ground was a bit soggy in some places, but overall, I was very happy with the course.

I’ll definitely be back. They’ve done a great job getting this course back into a playable condition.

Fun track with loads of potential but unfortunately, the greens are toast. A weird, very firm grass is taking over causing an uneven putting surface with inconsistent roll.

The front 9 was extremely slow and backed up there were times when the was a group on the green, a group in the fairway a group on the tee and 2 groups waiting to pull up to the tee box. The staff was doing everything in their power to speed up the group that was causing the delays and backups. The back went much faster.

I used to be a starter and marshall here so I’ve played the course numerous times. Course is greener than usual. Greens are rolling well.

I have played at the Summerly several times. The staff has always been very friendly and I love the Links course. It is well maintained and has very challenging greens. It has several very long yardage holes with numerous sand traps and water hazards. I would recommend it to anyone.

This was my first time here in a while. Always enjoyed the layout but course conditions have been rough the past year. Was delightfully surprised with the much improved overall condition. Still a little dry in spots but with this drought to be expected. Green were a little spongy but held and rolled well. If you haven’t been here in a while take the great rates and get your 18 or more in!

Course is a bit patchy but it’s not expensive. Perfect place for practice rounds. Staff is always cool and the bartender ladies are are friendly
