Golfer Reviews
Great Course
Great course. Only critique being that I did not see any yardage markers in the fairway.
Returning golfer enjoys another round!e
Staff ate GREAT.......course is beautiful and fun to play. Course condition are very good!
Alright
The greens were in pretty rough shape, it looked as if they are trying to fix them but every green had deep brown spots the had a ton of sand on them. But really the rest of the coarse was pretty forgiving. All the sand traps were pretty wet, made it difficult to hit from .
Decent track
A pretty flat and uninteresting layout but well kept and the greens were in outstanding condition. I’d play again if I was in the area of Nicolaus but probably wouldn’t recommend making a special trip to check it out.
Greens
Greens are very receptive. Went to play 18. Played 36. Overall a very good day.. Bunkers could use some sand.
Decent course, but not worth the rising prices.
River Oaks plays as a decent cheaper course, but their prices don’t reflect that. It’s too bad because we enjoy it as an easier home course, but the prices prohibit us from playing often, apart from occasional deals. If we’re looking to spend $40-$50 on a round, we’ll go play one of the nicer courses in Lincoln or Roseville.
HOT, BUT GOOD
Although the prices have been raised since reopening after the Covid shutdown, the course is in the best condition it's been in years.
Excellent round
Course was in great shape. Greens were fast and in great shape. 5 pars and 2 birdies! Excellent day of golf.
GREAT FOURSOME
MET UP WITH FELLOW SACRAMENTO WEEKEND DRIVER MEMBERS AND HAD A GREAT TIME. LOTS OF LAUGHS AND GREAT GOLF.
Just okay
The booking was difficult as I am a senior & played with my son. Required 2 separate bookings. The course changed our tee time after I booked, to a less convenient time. The course was crowded & very slow, no marshalls seen to help speed play. Overall disappointing
