About
Teal Bend Golf Club runs alongside the Sacramento River, enjoying a lush landscape covered in natural wetlands. One of the characteristics the course is known for is its stunning scenery, which works against the challenging layout by being almost too distracting. All of your attention will have to be focused on successfully maneuvering past the mature trees and natural rough areas that sit along the edges of the undulating greens and narrow, winding fairways. Long hitters will enjoy this golf course, which stretches to 7,000 yards from the back tees. There are also some interesting risk/reward holes that will appeal to both low and high handicappers, which is why it is one of Sacramento's most popular public courses. The well maintained driving range is also a popular feature at Teal Bend Golf Club.

Great Day
My son and I started off behind a slow four
At the second hole we took a break(son looking for his golf ball). And let the 4 some go and a threesome behind us thru. After that we had a wide open relaxing day. Great course , marker, ball washers. Felt like a country club. Even has ball repair tools at many hole. Wish people repaired theirs. Really hard. Oh yea , quite dropping your disgusting cigarette butts all over
Hidden Jem
Been coming here for years and this course does not cut any corners. Always in great condition. Doesn’t feel crowded. Holes don’t overlap. You will rarely see another whole when golfing here. Lots of tree and nature!
Surprisingly good for August
I thought the course was in really good shape considering it's late August. Fairways and greens were uniformly green and well taken care of. The course still has a refreshment cart and course marshal. Two things I don't see at a lot of courses lately. Good pace, only backed up on one hole. Turned out to be a great day for golf.
Phenomenal
This course is an absolute hidden gem. One of my favorite courses in Northern California, for sure. Wonderful staff!
Greens are filled with ball marks. I know they are aware of this problem because they supply ball mark repair tools on two seperate holes for all golfers to use. That is my only critique of this otherwise beautiful course.
Great Sac golf course option!
Course is a really fun layout and priced well for the condition and quality. Love playing there.
