Waterchase Golf Course

About
Bring your best game to the Links at Waterchase--a long, difficult course that can be had if you get your mind right. Intimidating because of its length (7,304 yards), much of the extra yardage comes from five excruciatingly long par 5s. The key here is to manage these holes, get on the green or close in three, then do what you have to do for your pars.
If you play regularly at a local par 3 course, you might want to work in a practice round before taking on The Links, since there’s five par 3s.
Watch out for the enders on each side, which frame the scenic pond and waterfall that are sandwiched between the two greens. No. 9 is a 433-yard par 4, and requires a solid drive on the left side. Pay attention to the pin placement, as there is water behind the green. No. 18 goes 570 yards from the tips, and offers target golf at its best. You’ll need to lay up at least 120 yards from the hole, and keep the approach below the pin to assure yourself of an uphill putt.
Getting there : Located on the east side of Fort Worth at I-30 and Eastchase Pkwy. Take the Eastchase exit and drive north to John T. White Rd. Turn right and drive a short distance, then take the first right on Randoll Mill Rd. Turn left on Creek Run Rd.

Tough but fun
Tricky greens but course was in great shape and had good pace
Great staff
This was our first time playing golf in Texas and this course was a great first experience. The staff in the club house was the nicest I’ve ever dealt with (specifically Clarence) and they were very accommodating. The course had some great views and was in really good condition.
Everything was great except for pace of play
Everything about the course itself was phenomenal
My only gripe was pace of play
The group in question was 3 holes ahead of us. Causing everyone behind them to slow immensely
4 hours in we only completed 14 holes and had to end because of darkness
Upon driving back we came across the group in question. 1person was about to hit their approach shot so we stopped to wait before driving on.
We really needed a stop watch for this guy.
I'm not positive if they were approached by the marshal pr not. But it really made for a long day.
Good course, bad Starter
The course was in good shape. the pace of play was ok for the time of day. but the starter there has a real bad attitude. He just isn’t very friendly and not very nice. He made it known that if we weren’t finished by 7 o’clock they have to come throw off the course. He made it very clear that was the most important thing he had to say. We got no important info on the course or conditions, etc. just be off the course by 7 or get thrown off…

👍 for Waterchase
Course is in great shape, friendly staff and very competitive price.
Great course!
First time playing this course. I was very pleased with the condition the course was in. It played nicely.
First time at water chase
Excellent course. Greens are very nice. Only concern was the bunkers. Some not prepared and all were very thin with the amount of sand
Good golf course and layout
Golf course is in good condition. Layout is good and challenging. Fairways and sides are well maintained. Greens are healing and good condition. Bunkers are ok. Cold water bottle provided at tee off in this Texas heat. Some construction work in progress around few holes to repair cart path but doesn’t impact golf. Few holes are cart path only. Overall, good course and pace of play to be able to finish 18 holes in 4:15.
One of the best
Best value in N Texas. GC is in fantastic shape. Layout superb. Fairways and rough are maybe the best in town. Bunkers do need some work. Greens were punched a few weeks ago and 95% healed but staff still extended a small greens fee discount for the healing. Who does that? This place is a gem.
