About
WildHawk Golf Club is a challenging championship layout that is one of Sacramento's most popular public courses. The verdant landscape is dotted with scenic water features, including a cascading waterfall. Water is naturally a prominent presence but the unique shape and positioning of the bunkers also makes the course stand out from other public tracks. The golf course boasts some of the area's best greens as well. The layout has a diverse mix of challenging holes and player friendly elements such as the wide-open fairways on the longer par 4s and par 5s, which makes the golf course accommodating for a range of skill levels. It still requires a fair amount of accuracy though since it can get tight in some spots. WildHawk Golf Club can also be more difficult depending on the wind

Nice course,could be better if the fairways were not all soaked so your drive can actually get some roll out.A lot of areas being over watered!
Course was in excellent condition
Wildhawk is a great golf course. Compared to the courses in the area it is priced competitively, but offers a more well groomed course. I can honestly say it has been a favorite of mine in the recent months. I would definitely recommend trying the course and play the championship tee on the 11th. It is definitely the only way to play that hole.
One of my favorite courses in Northern California.
Super friendly staff, best layout and good maintenance of the course. Perfect weather plus a new driver that gave me extra 15 yards. Really enjoyed the day. Thanks Golf Now for putting this course in the book.
Plastic separators for carts!
Very thoughtful to think of a way to allow two riders in a cart integrating social distance. Also the shallow cups allow for a better putting experience.
Fun day at Wildhawk...
Played from the blues w/ 2 buddies today. We walked as Wildhawk is an excellent track. Greens were bumpy all day and 85% of the tee boxes were terrible. Crowned and hammered... worst I have seen in some time. C’mon grounds crew... you’ve been open and solidly booked for some time... shouldn’t be that hard to keep Wildhawk in at least good condition.
Great Day
We had a 7:30 am tee time. Course was in great shape and the staff was wonderful. Only if I could get off the tee. I would recommend Wild Hawk for sure.
Beautiful course!
This course is absolutely gorgeous. The staff are attentive and patient especially during these hard times. Would recommend ten out of ten. Can’t wait to get out for a morning round!
Excellent, definitely going back!
Me and my older brother played here for the first time yesterday. We got paired up with an off duty Marshall. And it was one of my most fun rounds I’ve played. Course was in great condition, pace of play wasn’t horrible. The overall experience was an 8/10. Would love to go back again soon
Easy to play
This was my first time here... It was VERY "playable".. almost no real trouble. A couple of holes have a small creek or pond, but they were not a problem. Likewise, there were a modest number of sand traps, but also no problem. They could use better sand. The course was otherwise in EXCELLENT shape... they could also use a bit faster greens, but they putted "true"... Great course for beginners to intermediates. Not long enough and difficult enough for demanding golfers... The rough were fairly easy to hit from, as well...
