Executive at Seven Springs Country Club
About
Seven Springs Country Club in New Port Richey offers two golf courses, the Challenger and the Championship. The club conveniently sits just minutes from the scenic Gulf of Mexico beaches and attractions of Tampa Bay. The Challenger Course is an executive-length layout that offers the same challenges as the more demanding Championship Course but on a smaller scale. There are not as many water features on the Challenger but there is a large lake and a meandering creek that comes into play on several holes. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers lurking along the greensides. The layout offers a gentler version of the Championship that is more manageable for beginners but it is also a great quick round for more experienced players. It is even gentle enough for juniors to get in some short game practice.

Always a good time
Course is playing winter conditions. Will be better soon. It’s a great place to meet new people.
Great value on a great course
Playing the Executive course is great whether getting back to playing or beginners course. Fun for everyone with a few challenges.
directions
Good break from all the big courses and a fun little one. Sineage between holes could be better, got lost a couple times. If you follow your GPS to get there, you wont, don't turn off the main road but go about a quarter mile further to the golf entrance.
This is a very different golf course
First off the price is incredible I played 18 holes for $20 with a cart it’s a great value. That being said the course isn’t very straight forward from 1-18 some holes your drive around to figure out what’s next. The greens weren’t what I was used too because they were brownish in color. All in all these days for $20 you can’t beat it.
Basically a par three course
Basically a par 3 course for retirees or something. I should have looked at the score card before hand. Greens were not good. Book the other course there, not the executive.
A nice course for all levels of golfers
We played this course last year and the greens were in better condition this year. The cart paths, however could use some maintenance. Normally the pace is quite good but there were many families out (which is nice to see) , as it was MLK holiday, and this slowed the pace. The Marshall was helpful and friendly.
Great courses
You can’t beat the location and the value for your dollar! Seven Springs will be our go-to golf course!
Book tee time on executive course. Supposed to be on the championship course. The website is not very clear. I took 3 friends to introduce them to the golf course. I looked crazy.
not good
Course was overcrowded. Long wait times for an executive course. 10 minutes per hole. Tee boxes beat up and some bad greens. Not worth the money. Also very confusing with the different greens for soccer
Executive course
Really good shape enjoyed the round and look forward to playing the championship course
Nice course in really good condition
We enjoyed playing the “ executive “ course at Seven Springs. The course was in very good condition and the pace of play was very good.
Ricky rules
Course was in relativly good shape considering how hot it was. I'll play it again.
I’ve played this course many times over the years and I must say this is probably the best condition I’ve ever seen this course in. The fairways were great. They’re still working on a lot of the tee boxes which shows that they want continued improvement in the course. The greens can use a little bit more work but all in all this course was in very good condition compared to what it has been in the past. I would recommend it.
