Great Course! A lot of fun! Just needs a little TLC

Upon arrival I was greeted by very friendly staff member with a golf cart, and he proceeded to guide me in the right direction to check in etc. The starter was also extremely friendly and helpful, it being my first time playing there he gave me a course guide book which proved to be quite helpful. The day was windy and warm adding to the challenge. The fairways were o.k. a bit sparse in some areas but you could see that they're working on that issue as evidenced by top dressing and hydroseed. The greens were in great shape, a bit slower than what I am used to playing, which worked to my advantage on the downhill putts. Overall, loved the layout and will be back. Thnaks!

The only drag was the cart paths are in need of some love. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be back

Course is improved in many areas since the Fall. Greens nice but not cut close enough. Putts not rolling out.

Fairways are getting better probably due to rain and warm weather. However, nothing has improved enough to make this a $50 course.

Staff was friendly and informative. Course wasn't full, so we were able to play as a twosome. Nobody in front of or behind us until the 15th hole. Finished 18 holes in just over 3 hours.

Tee boxes, fairways and greens were all in very good shape (compared to similarly priced courses in the area). Rough was a little sparse of grass in a lot of areas, but if you're accurate off the tee it shouldn't be an issue for most holes. There are a number of holes with water and/or residential lined tight fairways, so definitely need to play some target golf.

Worth the 1 hr drive from St Pete area. We played using a HotDeal and will be back again.

Only played 8 of the 18 holes I paid for before finally throwing in the towel to the ranger who stopped our foursome AT LEAST 5 times from the first box to the 8th green. The first couple of times he pretended to be friendly and jovial making small talk but still taking time from our round to do so. When we finished 8 he literally got out of his cart to show us his watch and tell us what time it was saying we were “15 minutes past their pace” and basically told us we needed to start playing speed golf. I play once a week all over the Tampa area and have NEVER been told I’m playing too slow. IF YOU WANT TO PLAY A FUN, CASUAL ROUND ON A COURSE WITH A FRIENDLY STAFF DO NOT PLAY HERE. Drove almost an hour and couldn’t even get a refund because I used GOLFNOW. Waste of a beautiful Saturday.

Coarse was in good, shape greens rolled true and fast,,starter was very friendly

Really disappointed today. Why does the maintenance staff cut the fairways so close that there’s not much grass? I play the ball as it lies and many shots inside the fairways make it so hard to score. The greens were okay. Very happy I found a $25 Hot Deal! Some people were paying $50. I mean it’s really sad to be in the middle of fairway or next to green having a lie that’s on dirt. Sure wish slow golfers would learn to waive single players past them!

First time through course website was $65.00.Through tee-off $38.00.Conditionsvery nice greens fast but true.Little disappointed only because didn’t see as many gators as first time.Great value through tee-off even worth the $65.00.

Fun course in good shape. Not a easy on. Slow pace, was delayed from first tee already.

But we will be back.
