About
Seven Springs Country Club offers two golf courses, the Championship and an executive course. Located in New Port Richey, the courses are just minutes away from Tampa Bay and the scenic Gulf of Mexico beaches. The Championship Course offers a challenge for players of all skill levels, especially if it's a windy day. There are a few bunkers scattered along the greensides but water is the most prominent hazard. There are numerous lakes and ponds throughout that come into play on almost every hole. Towering pines and cypress trees also frame most of the holes. Thanks to the challenging layout, lush fairways, and manicured greens, the golf course has earned the reputation of being one of Pasco County's best. Seven Springs also offers a practice facility with an excellently conditioned driving range with four target greens and a hitting area that is 300 yards in length.

Not Good
The course is a fun layout but we did a lot of waiting especially on the back nine. The tee boxes are not that great, several of them were just dirt and about half of the greens had bzz as d spots in them. I was surprised of the conditions. This was at one time a very nice condition course.
I love this course. Its small greens tight doglegs will sharpen your course management skills. Long straight drives can cost you here, so pay close attention to hole layout on GPS. Green and fairways have seen better days. To their defense, this area hasn’t seen rain in quite some time.
Second time playing here had early time but starter let me play as a single. I rather enjoyed alone and worked on some weakness this time of year
When I Arrived just before 7 am I was greater by Tim. WEll i was treated so well.
He had a cart ready seats were absent early am dew then I placed my bag on the cart and bid me a happy day

Course is in good condition,some fairways were sparse,,lots of water,pace of play was very good..Will be back

Greens were decent speed but not in good shape. Layout interesting and challenging but short. Handicap 6
Wow have the greens gotten bad
I have played this course for over 20 years, usually the greens are quick and in good shape, fairways usually mediocre and tee boxes normal. That was not the case this time, this course is always pricey for what it is, the only reason I put up with it was the greens, and now the greens are terrible. Heard they lost the course manager a month or 2 ago and it shows. The greens were patchy and looked diseased. All but 4 tee boxes were dirt pits, at least cow pastures get fertilized.
Used to be much better
Ive played this course for many years....currently (April 2025) the greens are atrocious and the ball jumps instead of rolling straight....the tee boxes are almost all not level ...fairways were in decent shape...the new STARTER is RUDE....the guy went out of his way to be a rude for no reason. We handed him the receipts...then he said "you need to follow me"...we were at the 1st tee box...so was he...he just wanted us to go back to the putting green area...then he said...ok..you can go to the first tee...there was NOBODY at the first tee except us when he was there...again...total jerk for no reason. Whomever the greenskeeper is needs to up their game as this course used to be in much better shape year round...also the pace of play (mid day round) was extremely slow and the ranger does not enforce pace of play at all...never saw a single employee or drink cart while on the course

Course is not in that great condition. Overpriced for the state of the course. It’s. been in better shape .
