Herons Glen Golf & Country Club

Course is in excellent condition. Greens were a bit slow but otherwise no complaints. Try to play here as often as affordable.

I was a little disappointed having played this course last year. The course itself wasn’t in the best condition, it was OK but not up to the standards that you would pay $75 for. One thing I can say is a practice facility is excellent. If you do play this course make sure you get over there an hour earlier so you could take advantageThe greens are OK not bad but they had some type of coating on it I don’t know why. It is a tough course to play you must keep the ball straight there are some narrow holes and a lot of carryovers water and marsh.

Other than a”shotgun start”, the course is simply amazing. Great layout, can be challenging but fair and very playable. Has several tees for different handicap golfers. Friendly staff and very helpful

The staff was great... It was an 8 am shotgun start.. It was well organized and started on time... We were done in 3 hours and 35 minutes... Simploy awesome. The course layout and conditions were excellent.. Really wish I lived there...

Course is well laid out and greens are excellent. Nice mix of sand traps and waste bunkers. Really enjoyed playing the course. Driving range included which was a bonus.

Dramatic difference between the front and back layout - greens mostly consistent. Nice outting.

Dont like shotgun starts, especially when I'm Not aware that my Tee Time is a Shot gun.

Fund ouselves in an overcrowded place, no chance to hit some balls on the range, Tees are double occupied, etc. Not acceptable because I've booked a regular tee time

Very good conditions overall, except for slow greens. Good luck finding the 10th tee, even if you are a member. It's over a half mile away from the clubhouse thru winding roadways and cart paths. It is what it is.

As usual, this course delivers. The only drawback remains the usual concern - the course is so spread out, you can actually get lost between holes. That has been expressed in previous postings, and remains valid. Otherwise, an enjoyable experience once again.

Pleasantly surprised. 3.5 hour round.

The ranger passes us at least 5 times. We played as a twosome and seldom had to wait.

So great pace and always enjoy playing heron glen. Very good practice area.

It was wonderful, we had a beautiful weather and the quality on the Fairway and greens we’re very correct. We recommend this Golf Course. We are living far but we will come back next summer. Sorry for our English we are French. Best regards Marie and Michel

This course is well maintained and has great grass in the fairways, no need to hit into the rough to use a fairway wood. Although spread out, the course is clearly marked to get you where you want to be.

The greens were just airated so putting was tough but fairways and tee boxes were fantastic. Spotted a gator on the first hole also. Anyway, plenty of water and ice on the course. Great layout and played 18 holes in 3 1/2 hours on a Saturday. Couldn't believe it is possible. Thank you

Herons Glen is a nice course and offers a challenge for all players. This time of year you can expect the greens to be less than perfect. The staff is very attentive and always friendly. The practice facility is great and adds to the value of your round. There are a lot of choices in the area and Herons Glen is worth checking out.

Plenty challenging for my 20 handicap. Ran into bad weather after 14 th hole. Enjoyed the round just wish more yardage markers were available.

I love this course, but yesterday, their are more greenkeeper than player. And very loud and ruthless.

But we will come back soon :-)
