Even though most other courses are dry due to the drought this course is green and full. The greens are true. Staff is friendly. Plenty of places to get ice water. I would definitely recommend this course to everyone.

Herons Glen has a tee box to fit your game and make it total enjoyable to play.

If you are a 14 and up handicap you will Total enjoy this course, the Tee boxes, fairways and greens are in great shape. I am amazed that with the little rain we have had that this course has not turned brown. The greens are getting a little shine to them because of no rain but still one of the best course I have played in the last two months.

Played from #2 Tee Box and found it quite challenging. Large tree branch laden with seeds snapped and fell over on 1st fairway as our group teed off. Luckily no one underneath when it fell. Loved the course and it impressed my playing partner's first visit to the course. Will return again.

Golf now....really?!?

We had to search for someone to check us in. Never mind someone at bagcheck to take the bags and load them in a cart. After we finally were checked in, they told us there should be a cart outside to load them on. Then we made our way to the driving range to be shooed twice from one side to the othert of the water driving range because they were doing something with a boat?!?. Really disappointing as this was highly rated by golf now. Wow Finally, as we expected, there was no one to be found when we finished. We loaded our clubs, put the cart back where we found it and left.

We apologize that your day did not meet your expectations.

Herons Glen does not staff the bag drop at any time so that is why you had to unload and load your bag. As you found out, we have an aqua range and periodically we use our boat to retrieve golf balls that are not blown in by the wind. You should not have been asked to move more than once from your hitting station while warming up.

Very nice experience

Very nice golf course. Good mix of hole designs. Fairways, greens, bunkers all in good condition. Some of the tee areas were a bit rough, but could always find an acceptable area. Course really sprawled out, but guide book and signage kept us moving in the right direction.

Staff was very friendly.

All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Excellent value.
