Herons Glen Golf & Country Club

Very nice golf course. Good mix of hole designs. Fairways, greens, bunkers all in good condition. Some of the tee areas were a bit rough, but could always find an acceptable area. Course really sprawled out, but guide book and signage kept us moving in the right direction.

Staff was very friendly.

All in all, a very enjoyable experience. Excellent value.

Always enjoy this course not long but very challenging

The driving range was interesting with gators watching. The staff were very welcoming and very organized. Course was challenging and manicured well. Would go back.

Got a hot deal t time and could be more pleased. Starting with staff greeting, course layout, condition, and more, (plus I had a good round), I would very much recommend this place. I will certainly be returning. Greens in particular would in very good condition, rolling true and fast. Great par 3 signature hole.

Disappointed this time. Pace of play was slow on back nine. Had a foursome in front of us playing the wrong tees, so we waited on every shot while they looked for balls or hit another ball from the drop zone.. rangers? Very disappointed with greens because they had just been fertilized. Pro shop took my money but didn’t say anything. An the funny thing is I really like this course. So I’ll be back

The course is good. But they let a twosome play in front and they played from the tips. Every hole each hit 2-4 balls. When we called the club they said they were members and could not say anything to them. At one point t there were 3 holes between them and the group in front.

The office gentleman was great. Although, no one working on a Sunday to load clubs, no assistance. The course is layed out around , between homes otherwise a 3 out of 5. No food or drink until 11:30am.

The course was in great shape, well maintained. The course has lots of water which can make it more challenging especially if you play from the tips. It is however a fun course for the average golfer.

My only complaint was we played in the afternoon behind a few 4someones. After about 8 holes we realized that the foursome in front of us had no one in front of them. We were a twosome and they never offered to let us play through , we just had to pass them ourselves. No ranger on the course around to help. Otherwise we like the course.

Used a GolfNow discount to play this course for the first time. I was impressed, It was one of the best that I have played in the area. Shotgun start at 1:00 PM. Course was in pristine condition. Will play again if I can get a good rate. Staff was friendly and helpful. This is not a course that can be walked. Long cart drive between some holes. It pays to know the layout.

Fairways,greens,tees all in perfect manicured condition. Great driving range. Fast greens. Challenging to the average golfer. Multiple tees to chose from. Well equipped pro shop. Very friendly staff. Definitely a "do-over". Fortunate to pay reduced "Golf Now" rate. Be sure to visit this community semi private championship course.

Course is in very good condition. On the other hand it is a cold cart community golf carts everywhere practice range overcrowded with people not playing golf. The golf pro who checked us in was very helpful on the course however they have 6 sets of Tee's # 6 tee is the short marker half way up the fairway after hitting our tee shot the group behind a threesome would pull up to tee box which would be usually 10 yards behind us they should be instructed to stay back until we played our 2nd shot made for very annoying day

Weather was perfect, 86 sunny, slight wind. Being winter still it wasn't as lush but the greens were true and fast. We played with locals that helped with the course layout making it easier to play. An all around wonderful day of golf. They could have used a beverage cart.

Fast hard greens and well groomed. Nice challenge from the #1 or #2 tees.

For a course tucked into a community has some nice wide fairways

Lots of water but managable( mostly) . Course in great condition considering the drought conditions.

shotgun start kept the pace moving along.

Shorter course but with water on most holes can’t always use driver off the tee.

Played with employees of course otherwise wouldn’t know where to go between some holes, somewhat confusing.

Definitely will play again
