About
Formerly the site of a rock quarry, the par-36, nine-hole Greynolds Golf Course now shares the landscape with a hardwood hammock and mangrove forest that is one of the most well protected natural areas in northern Miami. The carefully preserved surroundings support an abundance of wildlife including several species of birds and rare, colorful butterflies. The golf course is part of Greynolds Park, which offers scenic camping grounds and numerous nature trails in addition to the golf course. There are also excellent opportunities for kayaking and canoeing thanks to the Oleta River, which runs alongside the east side of the park. Opened in 1964, the golf course has a traditional layout that will appeal to players of all skill levels. More advanced players can enjoy a quick round while less experienced golfers can get in some good practice.

Needs Work
Greens are in the worst shape of any course I've played. They are basically sand and weeds with very little grass. The greens were worked on in the fall so that they were ok for about 2 months but have since gone to crap, just like before those 2 months.
Tees are not flat anywhere. They have a big hump running down the middle of all tees, making it impossible to find a level spot to tee off.
All is well at Greynolds
I always like playing there no matter the conditions.
In fact some of the greens rolled really well.
I’d like to see staff out on the course more often.

I actually love playing this course. I would give overall better rating if the greens were in better conditions.
Always Fun no matter the course condition
Overall the course is fine. regular players know it’s never perfect, but a great value for the money and the time it takes to play 9 holes.
Some greens are under repair but most are adequate. The staff could get out on the course a little more than they do.
Maybe Miami-Dade has a hiring freeze.? I would recommend that they hire a “ranger”..to get out on the course.

New management has ruined this once gem of a golf course. Prices have doubled while conditions are disgraceful. Don't waste your time..

Good 9 Hole for the Money
A nice little 9 hole for the money. Okay greens and course conditions but the price is worth a quick round. A little slow on pace of play, but I wasn’t in a rush. Overall great if you just need to play for a couple hours and want some practice.

Great course for those who like playing 9 holes, improve your game, enjoy people and the surroundings and still have time to benefit from the rest of your day with friends and family! Excellent value for money!
