Flamingo Lakes Country Club in Pembroke Pines is one of the area's best-kept secrets. The layout is challenging but it is also very forgiving, making it accessible for players of any skill level. The course differs from other golf courses in the area due to its hilly terrain. Elevation changes are not common occurrences on Florida golf courses but you'll find several tricky uneven lies on this one. It also stands out for its superb conditions. Water hazards come into play on almost every hole, presenting some interesting risk-reward opportunities. There are also several strategically placed bunkers lurking throughout. The layout requires thought and strategy in order to score well. Flamingo Lakes isn't long, instead it provides a quick and challenging round that can be played in less than four hours.

Great course
It was my first time playing this course. After reading the review I went in expecting a good fun day and the course delivered. Tees, fairways, and greens were in great condition. Greens had a couple noticeable divots but I don’t blame the course I blame the players not taking care of that. Overall I would recommend this course to everyone that wants to play a good course for a fair price 👍🏼🏌🏼♂️
Zero drainage
This course does not drain well at all, they make you play cart path only, not even 90 degree rule. We had a terrible time, the course was backed up due to the poor conditions and a rude ranger enforcing the cart path only policy. By the 2nd hole he gets into a yelling match with the group behind us because of their cart was in the rough instead of the cart path, completely unnecessary and off putting.
No lo recomiendo
Lo primero a saber es que no se exige handicap para salir a la cancha y si vas solo te emparejan. Rente un juego de damas por 35 usd, Cuando tuve que usar el driver noté que el mismo no era de dama, lo mismo sucedió con las maderas, eran palos muy largos y bastante desgastados. El campo está descuidado, los greens están muy dañados y muchos jugadores no arreglan sus piques y tampoco rastrillan los bunker luego de usarlos. La atención buena, solo a un hombre le molestó que no hablara muy bien inglés 🤦♀️ soy turista, lamentablemente no hablo a la perfección el idioma de cada país que visito.

This course is well taken care of and has better greens than most 3x the price!
Flamingo Lakes
Best bang for your buck in Pembroke Pines/Hollywood area. Greens are well maintained. Fairways are well maintained. Live 3 minutes from CC of Miami and close to Grand palms. This trumps both courses

Love this course. Has become my home course. $60 is great value considering others within miles play like poop

Average course. Hope 7 green requires a major repair. Rest of the course is ok to play
