Reunion Country Club
About
Reunion Country Club is one of the most played golf courses in North Atlanta but despite its popularity, you can usually always get a tee time. The most distinguishing feature of the course is the hilly terrain, which provides plenty of challenges as well as stunning views across the countryside. The intimidating slopes and undulations can make it especially difficult if it’s your first time playing the golf course since there are many blind shots and forced carries. It’s a challenging but fair test that has a diverse mix of holes including some where you can use your driver and others where you’re forced to lay up. In addition to the dramatic elevations, another unique feature of Reunion Country Club is the par-5 seventh hole, which is the only hole in Atlanta with two greens.

Beautiful Photo submitted by CurtisBunn06 on 10/31/2013
This course has great elevation changes
I just moved into the Hoschton area and had not played this course. I found the course on GolfNow and decided to give it a try. I was very impressed with the design of the course and all of the elevation changes from hole to hole. The course is pretty tight and you are rewarded for good shots in the fairway. I will play this course once we are back in season.
Great Course as always
Reunion has always been a challenging, beautiful and fun course and it was no exception yesterday. As it is the end of the winter course is not optimal condition but that doesn't mean there is any trouble.
Best greens I've seen in Gwinnett county this winter. Met a local who lived their we had a blast. Definitely going back this spring and summer. Can't wait to see what it looks like when it turns green.
Reunion
Overall very nice day of golf. Greens were in much better shape however my playing partner and I did fix several divots on several holes. Overall they were very puttable.
Speed of play was excellent and for winter conditions it was pretty good.
Good!!!
The fairways were good, the cart paths were newly paved, and the green speed was also very good.
Slow pace of play
Get ready go a long round. The carts warn you about your pace of play but they didn’t have any one out there to enforce. Groups just get backed up and ended up playing 5+ hour round smh…
Good conditions for winter golf
A great day on the golf course. Greens are in good condition for winter, fairways and rough are dormant but not really thin, bunkers have lots of sand looks like they have done significant bunker work over the last months. Overall no complaints good pace of play, course was in good shape for winter and had amazing weather. Would definitely recommend.
Great course
The weather was cold and a little windy, there was a frost delay, but the round was enjoyable. The front 9 is definitely easier than the back 9. There is a tough stretch of 3 holes in the back 9. The course was in good condition and pace of play was good. I would play again.
Great course
This course is challenging but forgiving as long as you can avoid the plethora of sand traps. The greens are in great shape and the lay out will make you think.
Enjoyable round
Course is in good shape and staff did amazing to try and keep pace on a day where they had a frost delay. Starting to go dormant but overall in good shape. I will be back
Great course
Great course. Sad how so many don’t feel the need to repair their divots. Carts need work is my main issue. I’ve played enough here to know it’s rare to get a good cart. Brakes this day were, well, lacking. Pace of play this day was great. Most days there are groups that tend to slow it down for everyone. This is common in Gwinnett. Not the courses fault…that just life I suppose. Anyway. Play here. Tough course. Lots to offer. Good conditions.
Quite a challenging layout -
The course video is one of the best i have seen and worth a look but the course was not as brilliant as the video suggested..
Staff friendly and great layout..
Quite hilly and could not walk it..
it is tough for ladies as quite a few forced carries. Still my wife enjoyed the day..
Greens were hard to read and course could used a little investment to make to truly superb. Cart engine was rough.. Our cart had no sand in the bottles was evidence of the lack of attention to detail.
Also quite tricky to get from cart path to fairways on many holes with all the slopes.. I assume some of the extensive damage around cart paths is caused by water... Some tees on par threes were pretty beat up.. but overall were decent
i do not want to be too critical as will be back to play again... I fixed 6 to 10 ball marks each green - the greens were quite soft and hence the damage.. Guess the time of year does not help..
