Reunion Country Club
About
Reunion Country Club is one of the most played golf courses in North Atlanta but despite its popularity, you can usually always get a tee time. The most distinguishing feature of the course is the hilly terrain, which provides plenty of challenges as well as stunning views across the countryside. The intimidating slopes and undulations can make it especially difficult if it’s your first time playing the golf course since there are many blind shots and forced carries. It’s a challenging but fair test that has a diverse mix of holes including some where you can use your driver and others where you’re forced to lay up. In addition to the dramatic elevations, another unique feature of Reunion Country Club is the par-5 seventh hole, which is the only hole in Atlanta with two greens.

Great condition, some weird holes
I’ve played this course several times, but haven’t in a few years.
Course is in GREAT shape, and the staff is awesome. Everything in the scope of the operations and upkeep is fantastic., and 100% recommend to folks.
The design of the course is the only drawback to me. Very tough Par 3s. 2 of the 5 par threes required a 200+ yard carry, and the wind was no help. It just takes some fun out when having to hit 3 wood (and two of the gentlemen in our group had to hit drivers) on par 3s even after stepping up 2 tees for those specific holes.
But again, golf course in great shape and staff is awesome, so kudos to them!
Disappointing conditions for the amount you pay
Do you even have a maintenance crew? Try growing grass on your tee boxes, maybe try to make them level. $85-$100 should have some grass to hit off of. Bunkers not raked by anyone in months looks like. Players or staff.
Great course
That’s met had the fairway in great shape. The greens was rolling really good fast on most greens. We played around 4:30 and the price was awesome. I will play there more at that price.
OK Course
Course is in okay shape, greens are good, tee boxes are not in great shape. Course is hilly and several holes are not well designed IMO. Good challenge though, have to keep it in play, tons of houses around the course. Good practice area.
Just ok.
Very slow pace of play. I’ve noticed other courses in the area have raised their rates to combat people looking for a deal. Maybe, Reunion is next. We left after 14 holes.
Great Value Course
I enjoyed playing this course. It offers some good challenges where you must be strategic with your distances and shot shaping. The greens are in good condition. Definitely worth playing the course!
Way to many traps and some needing repair. I think some are in place just to slow pace or play and increase maintenance cost
Way to many traps and some are in need of repair. Many just slow the pace of play, some are an eye sore and some just make zero sense.
Rarely is anyone actually managing pace of play but the biggest issue all year long are the greens. They need a couple cameras on a few greens in order to address the 20-30 divots. Some are almost impossible to putt at times. Ultimately this makes the course unplayable at times.
When friends are in town I take them to Chicopee or Elan 90% of the time. Way better value overall. Sad
Good shape / decent pace
Despite the aerated greens, the course was in good shape. Surprisingly dry with not mud or soft spots. There was a frost delay, and the tee times were backed up which caused a slow front 9 that opened up on the back and we finished in a respectable 4.5 hours. Overall, it's a challenging course. Not super long or short. Great value for $40. Would definitely play there again. Worth the 40-minute drive.
