Reunion Country Club
About
Reunion Country Club is one of the most played golf courses in North Atlanta but despite its popularity, you can usually always get a tee time. The most distinguishing feature of the course is the hilly terrain, which provides plenty of challenges as well as stunning views across the countryside. The intimidating slopes and undulations can make it especially difficult if it’s your first time playing the golf course since there are many blind shots and forced carries. It’s a challenging but fair test that has a diverse mix of holes including some where you can use your driver and others where you’re forced to lay up. In addition to the dramatic elevations, another unique feature of Reunion Country Club is the par-5 seventh hole, which is the only hole in Atlanta with two greens.

Spring should be faster greens.
Course in good shape except the teeing areas which I assume will improve once it starts to green up. Greens as slow as I’ve played at that course which I’m sure will be sped up closer to the masters. Great course overall. Great staff and layout.
Not Too Shabby
We played at the end of day on a weekday. Pace was super. The $40 price tag was probably about right...I'm not sure an early-day tee time at closer to $60 would feel worth it. The fairways were not in great shape, but it's February and we've had a lot of rain. The greens were nice though. The layout is fun, and some of the holes are picturesque. The neighborhood is also visually attractive. The 4.3 out of 5 overall rating seems 2 to 3 tenths too high, but I imagine it's because of some of the strengths mentioned above as well as others (nice staff, small GPS devices in carts, etc.). Overall, it was a decent experience, and I'll be back.
Nice course. Greens were nice
First time playing here. Check-in was easy. No range balls included with round. You can pay to get a token or just use your card outside to get a bucket. Carts are above average and come equipped with GPS, although the one on my buddys cart was not working (wasn’t an issue though)
We were an early tee time, 7:54, so I didn’t expect a cheery staff, lol, but the dude at check-in was pretty cool.
For winter conditions, the course was in good shape. Rained the day before so it was a little soggy in certain spots (lift and play rules in effect). Overall, I would say this course in an 8/10 and I’m looking forward to coming back in the Spring.
Nice Track
Greens running to perfect speeds, need to ask patrons for preferred lies due to stagnant water on fairways otherwise the soft parts may get destroyed if folks are playing on soft ground all the time
Great if you can snag a hot deal.
Course is nice, but greens are VERY tough. Not condition wise, but they move quick and are tough to read. A great round though overall.
First timer notes
Reunion is a nice golf community with great amenities and good clubhouse setup. The restaurant had a good menu and bar although I didn’t eat there. The range and putting green were up to standards too.
The course was beautiful with a challenging layout. It’s plays long so I teed off from the white tees. Seemed like most holes had a carry but then a creek or something preventing use of the driver. I only used driver on 17 & 18 but only because I was itching to. It really wasn’t necessary. Also there’s 5 par 3’s and 5 par 5’s. So that is different. The greens are similar to the Chimneys in that they are soft and kinda slow but ball repair looks to be practiced more at Reunion. But they’re in good to great shape.
The only things that were a negative, and they’re minor, was the trap weren’t raked by players. Also the turn is not at the clubhouse. They have a “mid way house” on hole 8 but it was closed so it was just a bathroom and vending machine. However, the bev cart made its way past our group 4 times.
Over all this was a great experience and will be back.
