Great 9-hole course
Greens are a bit thick but overall I love John A White as an option. Course can get backed up a bit but its condition overall is worth going right now.
Great Bang for your buck!
Me and my wife came here to play a quick 9 holes and could not have asked for an afternoon! Really recommend this course for anyone looking for a quick and easy golf outing!

Nice layout, well maintained, friendly staff, but slow play. They were 1 hour behind tee times by midday. My advice play early or after 5p.

Ok Course
Course was ok. Course was over crowded. Booked a 1:30 pm tee the previous day. When I arrived at 1:10 pm, the guy in the pro shop me there was an hour wait. I told him that I was walking and he hesitantly let me tee off. I was almost hit by three golf balls because the group behind us had no golf course etiquette. Almost 3 hours for 9 holes at a course that should not take more than 1.5 hours to play 9 holes. I will not be back.

Outstanding course!!!
First, I have played this course since 2010. I have seen it at it's best and it's worst. Since the new golf pro arrived, the course has been improved 1,000 %. All the rough, ugly places around the course have been cleaned up. He has done a great job. Greens and fairways are I good shape. I am waiting on local organizations to start sponsoring tournaments at this facility. This is now a "Class A" golf course.

Nice little course
I tried this course on the recommendation of another golfer and was pleasantly surprised. Although there are a couple of somewhat strange holes, the overall layout is nice, with a good mix of distances. The greens were in decent shape, as were the bunkers. Fairways are still in winter mode, but greening up. I will play here again.

We had fun at this course
Three generations played a round together in just 2 hours! The layout was good - mostly open with some challenging holes as well. Being early in the season, the course was not in perfect shape, but was fine for us. The staff was very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely come back next time we are in Atlanta.

Course greens and layout
I’m a weekend golfer and must say that John A White has improved over the few years. Course greens are well manicured and undulations make it challenging (1st hole). Course layout for a nine hole course is great. Play well and have fun!

Just the BEST!
My family and I decided to play for the first time @ John A, White course. I was surprised to find such a gem in ATL. Upon entering the proshop, we were warmly welocmed and taken very good care of straight away. I look forward to the next time to play a round @ this hidden gem!

Didn’t get to play
Signed up through GolfNow to play with my FIL. Got there and was informed there was a tournament and even though we had a tee time, it didn’t matter. No apology, just blamed me.

Not enough carts
Had a tee time at 10 didn’t start on hole 1 until 1025 standing at the clubhouse waiting on carts to get returned after hold 9
