About
Red Bridge Golf & Country Club in Locust is routed through stands of mature trees that give the course a peacefully secluded feel. The layout wanders across gently rolling hills, providing a variety of elevation changes that range from subtle to dramatic. There is a stream that runs throughout the golf course, coming into play on a few holes. The course is seemingly long at 7,100 yards from the back tees but it's more forgiving than it appears, which means players of all skill levels can enjoy the golf course. The design relied heavily on the natural features of the landscape, allowing the course to blend seamlessly into the natural surroundings while also shaping natural hazards. There are also strategically placed bunkers throughout Red Bridge that complement rather than overtake the natural challenges.

Pretty Awesome Course
If you get the Chance this is a great course. i would highly recommend it to anyone. the back 9 was well worth the trip. course was a little difficult to navigate at the beginning but eventually it began to flow well. staff was friendly, ended up playing hole 9 with me? ha cool. check it out if you can

Red Bridge
Though somewhat out of the way, from Charlotte, it is well worth the trip. Excellent greens, conditions, and staff. Course layout outstanding, though you need to pay attention to the signs as the sequence of holes is not very fluid. Pace of play was excellent, even with cart path only restrictions, we (threesome) finished in 4 hours.

Course is in great shape and with recent rain the drainage system is great , I whould reecomend to play at this course.

Great Track for Inexpensive Rate!
Played for a Hot Deal Rate and didn’t have the highest hopes but was extremely impressed with course conditions and playability. I recommend this course for anyone and will be playing there again in the near future!
Worth the trip
First time I played this course. Found it to be very challenging. Used all my clubs. Greens were great lot of slopes and breaks. Best to play with someone who knows the course. The 18th is over 600 yards and uphill. Creek in front. Very hard hole. Took a 7. Will play again now that I know the course love the hills and valleys
Great course for the money
Greens are as smooth as any I’ve played all year. Course in really nice shape and was not overly crowded for a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Great value and beautiful tree lined fairways

Challenging layout, course is in good condition, not crowded, and greens were in great condition. Had a great time...
First time out here.
First of all, the greens were in amazing shape. Best greens I have seen in the Charlotte. The staff was great, especially the starter. We were a slow group because we had a guy that never had a beginner. The starter was very polite and nice about holding us up for a hole to let another group pass and letting us know when we needed to play faster. Beautiful course and lay out. Not much off course amenities though. The only thing negative I can think of about the course is there was a hurricane that passed through earlier in the week and it left a lot of leaves/small limbs/twigs on the course that could probably be cleaned up. I assume it was worse and they’ve already put work into that and I’m sure they’ll continue to do so. Would absolutely recommend playing a simply for the greens and the beauty of the course.

The course was in great shape from tee to green .Pace of play was spot on and I would definitely be back.The greens were running around a 10 and ball rolled true.

Very scenic course! Some very neat and well shaped holes! Very challenging par fives with blind second shots. Greens are perfect!

All around good
It was pretty busy for columbus day and the group in front of us were pretty slow. I believe they space tee times out 9 minutes which is a little quick but during the weekdays it normally isnt busy enough to matter
Great Conditions, Slow Pace
The course was in immaculate condition. Greens were rolling well, fairways and rough were both great. Pace pretty bad, but they had a tournament going on which may have impacted the speed.
Great Course
Fun course in great shape. Plenty of birdie holes with great greens. Will be coming back to Red Bridge very soon! Also, the assistant pro Pito is the man.

Very dry and Tee Boxes need to be worked on but the greens are in great shape. Fairway is also very dry in many places they need some rain
