Designed by Arthur Hills, the Groves Golf Course may be a "short" course but it's still a challenge. It's one of three courses operated by Meadows Country Club. With a layout that sprawls across more than 50 acres, the par-63 layout feels more like a championship par-72 course. The layout is comprised of nine par 4s, eight par 3s, and one par 5. The course rewards accuracy and good shot placement, meaning it's not strength that matters but being able to strategize. The seventh hole is a memorable par 3 that appears simple enough thanks to a massive and seemingly inviting green, but the problem isn't hitting the green but getting your shot on the same level as the pin. There is a 5-foot slope that runs through the green, the severity of which is matched only by some of the greens at Augusta National.

Loved the Course and the Deal
7 of us came from Canada to golf during our vacation. We tried high end course, mediocre course and then the deal with Golf Now. Loved the Groves the best which was our deal with Golf Now!! It was the right length and the bunkers and water hazards were just right. Will be back again!!
Fun course
Perfect if you are looking for something a little different. Par 65 so you only need driver 3 or 4 times. Real good for sharpening iron play. Target golf with narrow fairways and plenty of water to avoid. Greens are a good variety of sizes and shapes, and were playing on the slower side.
Staff and facilities were great.
Will return for sure.

Our friends had never played it... and they really liked it. Greens were really fun!
Nice Short Course; Slow Play
Course is in good condition; pace of play was very slow -(probably due to all the Par 3 holes) waiting on each hole…in the drizzle. Played the course many times in the past, nice to work on short game. GPS in cart is great!
an okay course
I enjoyed my round. This course is short, and not great, but can be enjoyable. For a short course it is much superior to The Palms@ Forest Lake.

Nice short course but requires more skill than an average golfer has. Good conditions but it seemed even my good shots found water or woods.

one of two courses in the meadows, neither of which is spectacular, and both of which could use some TLC after the 2023 summer heat. but, the holes are varied, the staff abundant, and their helpfulness and friendliness are exceptional.
