Over priced and under maintained. I would not recommend this course at this price to anyone.

Great little course
Course is in good shape, small and tight but lots of fun to play. Make sure to bring your A-Game irons :).
Terrible shape
Fairways in poor shape. No sand in the traps. No GPS and distances were way off. Greens fair at best.

Good value. No one on course early. Greens in good shape. Tee boxes are rough. Will play again.
Palms Golf Club at Forrest Lakes
Tee boxes are very rough.
Several areas of weeds and bare grass in fairways.
Greens were in very good condition.
Good pace of play.
Too many consecutive Par 3's on back nine.
Concession/bar area after round was very good.
Bar Tender was extremely nice!

Tee boxes are pretty destroyed sets up bad for your tee shot.. layout is pretty good needs work

Great for all skill levels!!!
Wife and I enjoy this course on a regular basis. Great to golf with some buddies with varying skill levels too. Course layout is uniquely conformed to the surroundings.
Could be a better value
Despite the friendliness of the staff the course is a mess. There does not seem to be any maintenance There is a reason why you can play for 15$. If it was cleaned up and better marked I am sure it would be more enjoyable.

Very poor conditions
Started with a great experience in the clubhouse, the lady in the pro shop was very helpful and friendly. Howe ever the course was in woeful condition. Tess and fairways were mostly dirt and weeds., which made it overall not a good experience. On the positive side, the layout is quite challenging and the greens were smooth and quite fast.
