Everything from fairways. to greens to cart paths were in excellent condition.

We played the course mulitiple while in the area for the US Opens. The initial greeting by the staff was positive. The driving range was less than acceptable; access very poorly marked, yardage markings were weak, and the condition was substandard; especially when compared to the course. The numerous blind shots made the course a challenge the first time out. The course was in better than average shape. Most previous golfers had exhibited proper golf standards, filling divots and repairing ball marks on greens. We did find the pace of the greens were slower than most courses in the area and inconsistant. The slow pace of greens made breaks difficult to read. All in all a very positive experience, well worth the drive from Charlotte to play. Do reference online sites for REALLY good bargains.

Enjoyable course and in good condition. Scenic and greens ran smooth.

The course was beautiful, but hard. Lots if blind shots off the tee. Fairways a little hard and greens a little slow. Back. 9 longer and harder than the front.

Staff was very friendly. Overall very happy and will be back.

This is one of the better courses to play in the Charlotte Metro area. We always enjoy playing the course. The greens were perfect and the fairways were cut with a nice cushion. We had a nine o'clock tee time so the weather was still cool. For a June day in the Carolinas you couldn't ask for a better day to play. Pace of play was a little bit slow on the front nine but the group in front of us waved us through on the tenth hole. After that it was smooth sailing. Its a bit of a drive from Charlotte, but well worth the time spent getting there. Put this one on your list to play in the future.

Course is in great condition. Greens were in good shape but hard to judge speed. Chip shots would run out but putts were slow. They look like they would be very quick, but not the case. They did putt true to break when hit hard enough to get to the hole. Overall great course.

I have been hearing about this course from several friends of mine for quite a while and never bit the bullet and took the drive. Now that I have I will be making the drive much more often. Amazing course, well kept, challenging but fair and unbeatable for the price even including the gas money from Charlotte. I highly recommend this course

Best value great conditions friendly staff 1 hour ride from Charlotte.

We really wanted to play but with the rain and lightning the course was unplayable. The course didn't charge us and since we didn't start we did not receive a rain check.

Excellent course. Greens and fairways are in great shape. Course has some challenging holes with unseen greens and rolling fairways.

Both women restrooms were locked with no key on our golf cart ignition. They watered the 18th hole 100 yards before the green and I got wet hitting my golf ball from that range. Otherwise, Golf course staff and conditions were great...............

Great Time very nice facility and staff was very helpful greens a little slow but hold a true line fairways are coming in still a little short but overall will be back to play

Hilly but fair---when we get more sun and water---this grass will grow and make fairways better---great layout and nice "STAFF"

We played the course in early spring, so after a rough winter the course hasn't greened up yet. It is
a very challenging track with only a few houses on
the golf course. Great venue !

Great course out of the way a bit but well worth it. Not very tight and you can find balls in the woods pretty easy.
Play it and you will go back.

This has got to be one of the best values within an hour of Charlotte. Fun place to play, and fair.

Great hole layout, tough holes as well as easier ones, everyone was super friendly, and we were able to play quickly. The weather was bad that day (16 degree wind chill) but I can't blame that on the course. It was still a great time.

Traveled from Pinehurst area to try something new. Was very surprised at the quality of the facilities and the very nice course layout. Greens were smooth and course was draining well after several days of rain.
