Tupelo Bay Golf Complex - Par-3 Course

We played this executive course twice during our recent golf holiday in Myrtle Beach and enjoyed both rounds.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the course has some fun challenges.

We’ll be back.

slow play. a lot of beginners and slower players. this to me is a niche course for beginners or someone who wants to play a short course. In pretty decent shape overall.

They really pack them in. We were waiting on every hole when the Marshall decides to let another random player in who was walking the course on th 10th hole. Marshall didn't ask if was ok with us. His quote was "I'm letting him in because I told him he could" little regard for the players already in queue. A real jerk!!!

I enjoyed playing this course. It has just about all par 3's and I had fun using my irons to get close to the pin. The staff was friendly and course in good shape.

If you are looking to practice short game worth the time. Not well kept but for an executive course okay.

A short course that is quite forgiving. Good for a beginner

It was cold and windy,18 holes about 3000 yards,nice greens,lots of water.

It was about 40 degrees and we had both worn blue jeans to keep warm. I had not checked about their dress code -- the club house worker was very rude about it. He didn't show any empathy -- not one "I'ms sorry to tell you" He just said we had to go out and buy pants. I understand a dress code but it was freezing and we had clean, looking jeans to keep us warn. If he had just said one "I'm sorry" I would have really appreciated it

The executive course is challenging enough but needs much better drainage. It was soaking wet from the rain on a previous day

The cost of this course is what attracted me but I did not read the information, the course is very short mostly par 3 holes. The greens are in terrible shape, I am very sorry I wasted my time and money

We played the day after some heavy rains. So we expected it to be wet. We were shocked just how wet it was. I just wanted to swing the clubs a few times.

That was not really the problem though, the fairways appraoach are as and greens were terrible.

They need some real work. Even to make it ok. I would not bother going back

Don’t know what the growing season has been like locally, but many greens had half or more dirt and/or sand surfaces plus evidence of aeration. On greens that actually were mostly grass, the grass was a bit on the long side, but very puttable with true roll. Overall course conditions were good. Definitely a good value to work on your iron play.

Almost every green had severe damage. You would think the greens would be in good shape by July. I wouldn’t play here again.

There was no water provided on the course. The greens were burned over with very little grass and full of sand.

Larger group ahead slowed pace of play, did not adhere to 90’ rulings. Basically made a mockery of the course and golf etiquette.

Due to massive rains as of late greens were not as good as this spring, course was still playable and a test to your short game.

Fairways were beautiful, however, greens weren’t in very good shape!
