Nice course for the pri e
I saw a few people complaining about the greens. There were some issues but for Feb they were fine. I can't see anyone complaining for the price you pay for a round.
Great course for beginners
Great practice facility, awesome staff. But the course itself was in rough shape. I understand it is February and we had snow less than a month ago. But the greens were terrible. The fairways were ok definitely not good. Course needs some serious love.

The tee times are very close so we felt crowded, as did the people before & after us.All in all fun
What happened
Haven’t played here in about a year and a half. Has it ever gone down hill, greens were terrible,fairways full of weeds, tee boxes pretty tore up. Hopefully it will be back in shape later next spring.

Course grass was horrible. Fairway was weeds and patchy. T box was sand.
Greens were patchy.
I played two years ago and it was very nice but has deteriorate.
Layouts is beautiful. with a lot of work it could be a 10.
Fairways in great shape
Fairways in great shape. Greens were really bare. Most had major missing spots but the dirt was level and puttable. Not what I was expecting when I started playing. Asked the starter if anything special about the course and he said nothing special. Would like to have been advised about the condition of the greens. Still enjoyed the day. Nobody behind me or in front of me so never felt rushed.
Disappointing
Condition of the course was borderline unplayable. Very disappointed. The staff was very friendly and a pleasure to deal with.
Low Handicappers Beware
The premise of the course is nice. A par 3 course that you can casually play and ride while on a beach trip with the family. The course itself is in miserable condition. Tee boxes are mostly sand and muck, greens are completely fried and overgrown. Maybe if you don’t play much or are a high handicapper it’s a decent bargain. I’ve played here a few times over the years and this recent trip was probably my last. Doesn’t seem like much is being done to keep the course in even decent shape.
