Very disappointed and won't be back
This course needs some serious TLC! The "fairways" are miserable and spotted with Chick Grass and bare patches. The greens have been decimated by something and are full of bare patches filled in with sand. What grass there was on the greens was shaggy and very slow and did not break as a result. One green in fact has a "temporary" flag on the approach as the surface itself is out of play. I wouldn't bother playing this place again until these terrible turf and green conditions have been rectified. Too bad really as the layout is pretty good, with a few exceptions like the netting on 13 and the blind tee shots on 2 of the 4 Par 4s . Give this one a definite miss.

Front side greens had a lot of sand spots back side was better. But it was a fun course to play.

Front side greens had a lot of sand on them, greens were slow to putt for speed. But is was still fun to play.
Decent executive course for a quick round
Greens were good, hard to tell speed as I was the first one out and they were still really wet. Tee boxes need some work. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Executive course needed some care. The greens were Roland bare. The Par3 was in great condition
practice course
I use Tupeol Bay as a reminder of how to play golf. Sometimes it's a year since I used my clubs so this course is great for getting back you game before hitting a full course. Also great for bringing the kids to get them interested in golf.
Course is in terrible condition price is not worth the condition
Good Course for Beginners
A little disappointed the greens were rough some balds not consistent on speed and a temp green on one hole. Other than that, it has a Nice layout for beginners and most fairways and tee boxes were okay for a municipal course. We played 18 in about 3 hrs. Awesome staff!!
Worst greens I've ever played on
Greens we're horrible. Pace of play very slow.

Course is a bit rough in places , but still a fun fast course to play.Great place to work on your irons.
Is what it is…ain’t what it ain’t.
Picked this cause my buddy and I convinced our wives to four rounds in four days.
After two holes, our overly competitive selves swapped to a match format cause the track is in rough shape.
Had fun and played with great people but this is a beginner track and with a great practice area.
