Devlin and VonHagge designed this course, which challenges even experienced golfers. It has been rated by Golf Digest to be among the 50 top courses in the United States. The signature hole on the Championship Course is #12, a 452-yard, par 4, requiring a tee shot through a cypress forest to an island green.
This 7,258 yards, par 71 course has narrow fairways, a deep rough as well as plenty of water and bunkers. Enjoy the fast greens and the excitement of knowing you're on one of the best.

Open course. Good layout
Friendly staff. Great restaurant bar. Appearantly professional course at one time. Only negative is thin grass fairways and tee boxes.
Fabulous Golf Find near Fort Lauderdale
We bought rounds from TeeOff for a great price. The course was in really good shape. The greens ran true.
We finished the Champ course in under 4 hours.
High recommendation!
Good improvements to the clubhouse, but the course needs a little work
Staff was friendly and facilities were really nice. The course had some wet area and some muddy patches around the greens. Otherwise, it was a real value on a Saturday morning at $75 in January. (Most courses are $90-120 right now)
Course is in absolutely terrible condition
I won’t go into long winded details…. The. Est last of the place was the clubhouse……beautiful. They should have put some of that money in the golf course…….what a disaster…….there is no grass in the fairways, many a time it was a dirt patch my ball rested on in the middle of the fairway. The greens were discolored ….and bumpy…..most tee boxes were choppped up. There was not a single ranger on the course to push the laggards …..thus on top of all the bad…pace of play was terrible. Much better options in the area at this price point ……never going back.

Average at best
This course is average at best, but better than nearby alternatives. Greens are funky, especially putting surfaces, and you get a lot of tight lies.

Enjoyed it
Played here in 2024, so decided to play again. I remembered a lot about thew course. Pretty good, not crazy about the types of greens, but enjoyed it. Will be back
The course was ok
Our tee time was at 2:12. The play was very slow and we were only able to get in 13 holes! And they pulled the flags out of the greens around 4:40.
not impressed
I am still looking for a good public course in the area. This is not the one. Pace of play was good, people were friendly. The course itself was repulsive with respect to the course condition. I would question if they even have a groundskeeper and if they do I apologize but there is a large amount of work to be done. I will never play here again. If you are a golfer then just go somewhere else- you will be disappointed.
