Crescent Oaks Country Club

The layout is beautiful although the course is tight and wooded. I only rated course conditions a 3 star because the greens were punched the day before and off fairway grass was wet and long due to recent rains. Staff outstanding.

Had to drive with another golfer because I used GolfNow. Wasn’t allowed to tee off early even though starter knew tee was wide open. Had to play the back nine twice and didn’t know that in the add. Finally, course needed a mowing as the fairways were extremely long. Will not go back to this course.

Got there was told we were playing the back nine twice which not a huge deal cuz I like it but the rough was very high four of us looking for each ball that might have went in the rough and still had a hard time finding the balls. Greensburg Fair Fairways had a lot of crabgrass growing in them which is not usual for this course pretty disappointed they need to list on their app they are aerating and the situation playing the same night twice which makes it even more crowded.

Grass is too long. Taking too much time looking for your balls even if it is right in front on you

New rule, can't get out early even if it is 10 minutes and nobody in front of you. Also better double check that all 18 holes are playable. Surprised me with playing back nine twice. Only found out last minute.

Great layout but good luck finding your ball in anything other than the fairway. Greens were not in good shape. Had to play back 9 2x.

Grass is way too long, looking for balls all day long.

Didn't mention anything about playing the back nine twice until on the tee box. Poor management. May choose other options before this course. Also way too expensive, too greedy.

have played here many times. the course was in pretty good shape considering all the rain it has been getting. they have not been able to mow, so the rough is a little higher. (so, stay in the fairway)

It’s been a couple years since I’ve played Crescent Oaks. I’ve always liked the layout of this course. I was a little disappointed in its condition. Weeds on the fairways and the rough was very high. So you spend a lot of time looking for your ball if you don’t hit it consistently on the fairway. Very much a waste of time. The greens had been sanded and were hard to judge. I was hoping that the course would’ve been in better condition.

The fairways were great, the rough was a little thick. We lost several balls to the rough. You had to be right on top of your ball to find it.

The greens were fast and ran fairly true, however, they had lots of mowed down weeds on almost every green. The fringe on the greens seemed to be better grass, then thick rough around the fringe. Very tough to get a good lie even after a good approach. Great layout, lots of wildlife, deer, deer, deer, everywhere, and turkeys. I’d play here again, but cut down the rough a bit, it’s not the U.S. Open.

Weeds, bumpy, gray colored greens. Shouldn't be more than $40-50 given such.

$20 tee time for a week day and I was pleasantly surprised. I usually have a day each week that I get off from work and this was the best course I’ve played in the Tampa area.

I play here from time to time. They are making improvements and it gets better and better. Fun course.

The course is challenging for only being 5900 yards or so from the blue tees. The rough around the greens or sides of the fairways will swallow a golf ball. You’ll spend 5-10 minutes looking for your ball if you are not in the fairway or on the green. So free drops since there aren’t any fore caddies to spot your ball. LOL Must be accurate or it will be a long round. In the FL heat, wish they had more water on the course. It was brutally hot the day we played. The greens were hard to decipher and really small. Some were slow and some were slick in areas. Some of them need some TLC. Other than that, the staff is great. The facilities, carts and beverage cart are all great. A great track and a good time.
