About
Located just north of Tampa in Tarpon Springs, Crescent Oaks Country Club sprawls across rolling hills dotted with sparkling lakes. The narrow course has a traditional layout that was carefully carved from dense woodlands, making it a challenging test. The lakes as well as a meandering creek come into play throughout the golf course. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The par-5 10th is one of the most memorable holes with an elevated green and a ridge cutting across the middle. Par is considered a good score on this tricky hole. The golf course finishes with a par-4 dogleg left that features water along the entire left side of the fairway. The green is also protected by sand on the right and water on the opposite side.

Tarpon track 👣
I like this course! Nice people, good layout, greens were decent, but smallest targets in town... I'll be back.
Meh…
Course was ok. A lot of fairways needed to be cut. Rough was so deep you couldn’t find the ball even when you saw where it landed. Greens had weeds and spots.
The staff was great. Minus the power line hole (8,I think) was a nice day outside.
Would I recommend? Sure. It is not a bad place to play. But would I go back? Probably not. As a spoiled Floridian, there are better places to play in the area. A little course TLC would go a long way.
Slow
Conditions very good. Pace of play glacial. My partners left after nine.
Small greens and weeds
The greens were very small and some were great but others had a lot of weeds. The tee boxes were uneven and not mowed. It was cart path only due to overseeding the fairways, but they were very dry and the grass looked established. I enjoyed the layout and will return for the right price.
Great deal
Fun coarse but because of the time of year pace has been really slow lately. Not their fault! Great range and bunker practice area
Golf in Nature
Everyone there was very friendly. Course was in pretty good condition. Very challenging but fair. Go play!
Good course
Had a nice afternoon at this course.
The tee boxes need some proper maintenance but the fairways and greens were good. Good layout and some challenging holes.
Not value for money
I haven't played this course for about one year and I was disappointed with the quality of the greens (a lot of weeds, domed holes, and fungus spots); also, several of the tee boxes were not leveled and weeded or worn down to the dirt. In general, I found the course dry in a lot of spots throughout the fairways and around the bunkers.
November golf
For golf in November and after 2 hurricanes the course was pretty good. Off the fairway was thick. Greens were patchy but would hold. Enjoyed the course.

The course has good feature
I thought with the amount rain we had the course would in better shape .tee were so so and greens needed some watering with spot that were not growing.
After tournament
It was a late afternoon rush after a tournament. I was unaware of the tournament and wouldn’t have booked a round knowing about it.
