About
Located just north of Tampa in Tarpon Springs, Crescent Oaks Country Club sprawls across rolling hills dotted with sparkling lakes. The narrow course has a traditional layout that was carefully carved from dense woodlands, making it a challenging test. The lakes as well as a meandering creek come into play throughout the golf course. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The par-5 10th is one of the most memorable holes with an elevated green and a ridge cutting across the middle. Par is considered a good score on this tricky hole. The golf course finishes with a par-4 dogleg left that features water along the entire left side of the fairway. The green is also protected by sand on the right and water on the opposite side.

Good layout. Friendly staff. Course was good. Challenging course. Greens were difficult to read sometimes and pretty fast
Good condition
Really good condition and fun layout. Some long holes.
Only visit one bunker but that one was horrible. Hard as concrete.
Only bad thing I think, will be back.

Once a year
Since 40 years we play once a year this course which keeps the quality and the nice challenges maintained. Looking forward to come back!
Liked the course was not a big fan of some holes that had very small greens .back nine holes are better than the front the last three holes on the courses are the best .
Nearly 3hrs for 9 holes
We were put behind a best ball tournament at 1226 on a Saturday
More TLC, please.
Decent layout for a public course, but greens are surprisingly small, making them difficult targets. Putting surfaces were excellent, however. Bunkers need more sand, better grooming and better drainage. Fairways were generally fine but tee boxes were scruffy and uneven. Just fix the tees and improve the bunkers and I'd happily raise the overall rating.
Good deal
I was able to get a deal off of tee off app and played at 11 o’clock. Pretty busy time but that’s just Florida this time of year.

I like this course! Nice people, good layout, greens were decent, but smallest targets in town... I'll be back.
Meh…
Course was ok. A lot of fairways needed to be cut. Rough was so deep you couldn’t find the ball even when you saw where it landed. Greens had weeds and spots.
The staff was great. Minus the power line hole (8,I think) was a nice day outside.
Would I recommend? Sure. It is not a bad place to play. But would I go back? Probably not. As a spoiled Floridian, there are better places to play in the area. A little course TLC would go a long way.
