Crescent Oaks Country Club

Teed off just as a torrential downpour was finishing..played in 3 hours seeing no one. No complaints about how wet it was because we knew it was going to be after 3 hours of rain. But the greens drained and held up nicely. Without the rain, I have a feeling the greens would have been very, VERY fast. If u don't mind CPO right now, 100% recommend

Had an 8AM ish tee time and we were held back past our tee time so someone playing 18 could finish and start. Course DOES NOT drain well and after all the rain it showed. Balls would plug on a simple approach shot and disappear. The layout of this course is actually quite nice but the amount of water it retains is shocking.

You need a good drive right off the 1st tee to clear 200 yards of water! Front 9 was narrow, but back 9 opens up and is longer. Course conditions were pretty good, but I felt like the speed of the greens was not consistent.

For being s country club it was in terrible shape.

Fun layout. Lots of options off the tee. Friendly staff. Starter is always on top of getting groups out or pairing you with one. Nice practice facility with chipping green. Cart girls are friendly. Great pricing on a nice course.

Very nice course, today wasn’t so good,

A better tee time or pairing management is or was needed today.

There was a 2 some in front of us, then us, then a 2 some behind us, and a single behind them.

Needless to say we waited on the tee box and on the fairways, every time.

The 4 some at front where playing from the blues, most time could not clear the white tee box all of then so they kept hitting.

To add to it, they all had range finders which makes every round even slow.

The rangers where driving around not doing anything at all, even though they saw the traffic jam.

How about pairing 2 some with other 2 some? Just an idea.

I get it most people want to play alone or with their buddy, but it just makes the round paintfully slow.

We love the course, it does play some what slow but it moves in an acceptable pace most times.

That is all.

I stopped coming here a few years back when it seemed the tee times were on top of each other and you were always waiting, not sure if I got lucky on Memorial Day but even with no starter the wait wasn't horrible, we did have to wait for a little on some tee boxes but didn't feel rushed by the group behind us. If you like wildlife this course has gators, snapping turtles and leatherbacks, wild turkeys, and the occasional deer may stop by to say hello. Greens were fast and true, fairways had some patchy spots but more good than bad, and the tee boxes need some TLC at spots. Playing from the blues or the tips can leave a lot of water to carry at times but its a playable course that will have you risking shots for rewards that are worth it.

Greens are really good. Firm and pretty quick.

This is a fun course. Scenery and layout are good. Greens in really good shape. What keeps this from being an A+ is some of the tee boxes and traps could be in better shape, and rain may help that. But I like the feel and layout and it will be in the rotation for sure.

Greens are terrible. Tee boxes are VERY small and to many weeds. Very very poorly taken care of.
