Crescent Oaks Country Club
About
Located just north of Tampa in Tarpon Springs, Crescent Oaks Country Club sprawls across rolling hills dotted with sparkling lakes. The narrow course has a traditional layout that was carefully carved from dense woodlands, making it a challenging test. The lakes as well as a meandering creek come into play throughout the golf course. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers along the greensides. The par-5 10th is one of the most memorable holes with an elevated green and a ridge cutting across the middle. Par is considered a good score on this tricky hole. The golf course finishes with a par-4 dogleg left that features water along the entire left side of the fairway. The green is also protected by sand on the right and water on the opposite side.

Golfer Reviews
A must if you’re in the area and are playing a few courses
This has always been a firm fave. We’re over from the uk and have played the course quite a few times over the last 5 years. Greens are very fast at the moment. Some sparse areas but generally in good shape. We’ll be back !
First time ar Crescent
We all know Pinellas County is a golf wasteland. Many awful daily fee and semi private courses. Crescent is an exception.
Very good and fast greens, fairly open off the tee, not the typical narrow shoot with water everywhere. Bunkers and tees in good shape.
Round was 4.5 hours, which I consider pretty good for this type of golf in March in Florida.
Two turkey sandwiches and two gatorades for $15 from cart lady seems pretty fair.
I live by Clearwater beach so bit of a haul, but again very worth it. Going back this coming Saturday.
First time playing this course overall pretty great had a little wait but wasn’t bad
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone
Great course
We played this course twice during our recent vacation in Florida. Course is in great shape. Those fairway bunkers drove me crazy though!
Enjoyed the company
Booked as a single. Paired up with 3 good guys. That helped, because it was a 5 + hour round. Waited to hit most of the day. Course condition, just okay. If I was a member, I'd probably be a little disappointed. But I enjoyed the day.
Coarse in good shape, staff is great, price is great, great job guys
Fast Greens (11)
I've played this track several times, and I'll play her again.
The greens are fast, receptive, and roll true. The tees and fairways could use more grass, and I know it's winter in Florida, but water them a little more, please; I'll bet the grass will grow.
I had a couple of buddies down from the Blue, and they really liked it, so she passed the referral test. It's just tough paying $60 when I've played for $20, but what can you do, especially with this rampant inflation?
Let's Go Brandon!
Keep it in the short grass,
