Crescent Oaks Country Club

You age playing this course, very slow, we waited on every shot. Wait on par 3"s was up to 10 min. had a foursome playing in front of group in front of us that were playing from the tips and these old bucks should of been playing the whites or reds, no ranger. 4 hr 55 min round.

We played this course today but booked a week earlier also. We got a "raincheck" because it was too long waiting to get started, at least 5 groups of 4 balls in front of us and no way we couldt have played more than 4-5 holes before dark !
Again very full and slow play and after 9 holes we started again at the first tee from where we were able to play at a reasonable speed another 5 holes, than got stuck in traffic again and called it a day !
The course maintainance could do a better job to make this nice course great !!
Friendly and correct staff. It is unfortunate that this course is so busy and too full , so you loose concentration/ intrest and thus your game gets worse....because it is a very nice course !!
I recommend it still....but you got to have a lot of patience and focus.

We played in a foursome and it was another very hot day. We had all played the course before, but we all agreed it had never seemed so tough. The fairways and greens were in excellent condition but the water on nearly every hole, plus the abundance of traps made the day a challenging one.
None of us did well on this course, this day but we enjoyed our round and we couldn't blame the course for our poor play.

This course is not that hard if you golf well. However there are many hazards such as water, and strategically placed traps. So a bad shot will cost you. It is only going to cost you strokes if you screw up. Which for most of us is inevitable that one will make a error that will cost you stokes and balls. Do not go out without the book showing the holes and hazards. The staff was extremely professional and helpful.

The course was in great condition. If I had more money I would play every weekend! The staff was friendly and helpful! It's a long course but its in excellent conditions! The fairways were well cut as well as the fringe and greens! If you hit your driver straight you won't have problems. Best greens in the area! Will play here again!

Course I've played quite a few times and is good as usual for the afternoon hot deal. Not very crowded today so I ate lunch and got out a little early as a single and played in 2.5. hours. Conditions good all around, a little scruffy around the edges not unusual from most courses where carts and foot traffic are high. Scored well today, front nine not too demanding, back nine is more difficult. Greens were good medium speed and rolled out some. Saw a Bald Eagle on the 17th hole pretty cool. Recommend.

if you havent played here you really need to. 18 looks just like 18 from tpc sawgrass. only harder. the greens ran true and held fine. just a really nice place and staff. great for the money. I live in DC and this place would cost 80 to play it. would definatly come out again. we played World Woods Rolling Oaks and this place was just as good. And i really liked WW.

I was not expecting a whole lot of from this course and was plesently surprised by the condition and the course layout. Some of the best kept greens I've played in the Tampa area, and some very challenging holes. My only criticism would be the size of some of the greens, as a few are absolutely tiny

Crescent Oaks is my favorite course in Tarpon Springs. Greens are in good shape and every hole is playable. Not super narrow which allows for some miss hits and still recover.

I would recommend this course to all of my friends. The course conditions were great and the pace of play was fantastic.

Great course. Staff super friendly. Played on a Sunday morning and they allow their members/residence players priority for tee times. Play was really slow and I decided to play 9 instead of 18. I will try on a weekday instead. Really beautiful setting, course in great shape, greens roll nice, and the staff was great. Highly recommend this course. I didn't eat there but the clubhouse looked nice inside.

First time we have played this and will certainly return, could be called Crescent Lakes as water on the course complements the beautiful trees.

Cart staff and starter were fantastic and great ambassadors for the course and set a great tone for a first time experience. This alone will motivate me to play this course again.

Played here for the first time with a Hot Deal and absolutely loved it! Pro shop staff were friendly and welcoming. Course was scenic (saw wild turkeys, deer and birds on the front nine) and despite the recent rains, very playable with generous fairways. A fair amount of water and strategically placed bunkers to get your attention. Didn't visit the bar/grill so can't comment of the food and beverage. Look forward to playing here again.

Course is in good shape even After all the rain we've had the last month. Greens are pretty fast

I found this course to be in very good condition compared to some other I played recently.
